The Koncert's Administration » Custom Fields tab is used to bring up the custom fields from HubSpot and enable them to be used in the Koncert portal.

By default, Koncert includes the mandatory fields from HubSpot and automatically maps with the respective Koncert fields. The mandatory fields cannot be deleted.

Additionally, for the HubSpot org, only the columns Koncert Fields, HubSpot Fields, and Action will be available.

If necessary, you can map the remaining fields by clicking the dropdown under the 'HubSpot Fields' column across the respective Koncert fields that you wish to map.

Add a new custom field

Below you can find instructions on how to add a new custom field:

1. Click the Add a Field button at the top-right.

2. Upon clicking the Add a Field button, a Koncert Field Mapping window will be displayed.

3. Select the following information: All the fields are mandatory.

• Koncert Field Name – Enter the required name.

• Field Type – Select the field type you want to create. 

The below field types are supported by Koncert. 

• • Checkbox
  • Date
  • Dropdown - The values from HubSpot will be automatically fetched once the custom field is mapped to the corresponding HubSpot dropdown field.
  • Integer
  • Numeric
  • Phone
  • Textarea
  • Textbox-  Upon selecting this, you must select either Text or URL under the Control Type dropdown.
  • Timestamp

• Read Only – Defaults to No, allowing you to edit the field. If needed, you can change it to Yes to only view the field but not to edit it.

NOTE: All the fields are mandatory.

4. Click Save. A confirmation message saying ‘Custom Field Added’ will be displayed.

NOTE: The alert message below will be displayed if you try to add a field that already exists.

5. The newly added field will be displayed under the Custom Fields tab, as shown below:

6. Map the required HubSpot field to the newly created Koncert Field and Click Save.

7. A confirmation message saying ‘Fields Updated’ will be displayed.

8. The Koncert Field will be mapped to the HubSpot Field, as shown below:

In addition to this, the created custom field will be added and available under the Dialing Session tab » Manage Columns window. You can make the field available under the Dialing Session tab, if needed.

In addition to this, you can edit the Custom field in the Prospect Information window or the Call Disposition window » Prospect Fields which will be automatically updated in Outreach.

Edit a Custom Field Name

You can now modify the Koncert Field Name as your wish.

Below you can find instructions on how to edit a custom field name:

1. Click on the field name that needs to be modified.

2. After the Koncert Field Mapping window pops up, modify the field name as required and click Save.

3. A confirmation message saying ‘Fields Updated’ will be displayed.

NOTE: You cannot edit the mandatory fields. However, the user can click on the field and view the details.

Delete a custom field

Below you can find instructions on how to delete a custom field:

1. You can delete the custom fields by clicking the Delete  icon under the Action column.

2. The confirmation message shown below will be displayed. Click Delete to delete the custom field or click the Close icon to cancel the deletion process.

3. After successful deletion, the message shown below will be displayed. 

NOTE: You cannot delete the mandatory fields, as the Delete  icon will be disabled and grayed out.

The mandatory fields are:

Account Name, City, Comments, Contact Name, Created Date, Due Date, Email, Engagement Score, Extension, First Name, Last Name, LinkedIn URL, Modified Date, Phone, Prospect Stage, Record Type, Report Name, Sequence Name, State, Step Display Name, Subject, Timezone, Title and Website / Website URL.

In addition to the above mentioned fields, the following fields will be available by default when an org is created.

• CRM Link
• Mobile
• Mobile Extension

• Single-line text
• Number
• Phone Number
• Date picker
• Dropdown select
• Radio select
