Once licenses are assigned for Koncert products, you will receive a Welcome email from Koncert Support. This email will contain a link to sign up for Workspace. 

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to sign up for Workspace:

NOTE: The first user to sign up will be designated as the Admin, granting them the ability to invite additional users within the organization after completing the signup process.

1. Simply click the Sign-Up button on the link provided by Koncert Support.

2. This will launch the Workspace Signup page.

The following information is required to sign up for Workspace:

• Name – Enter your First name and Last name. only letters and spaces allowed.

• Company Name – Provide your company name (letters, numbers, hyphen/dash, and ampersand allowed; no other special characters).

• Email – Please enter the valid email address associated with your Super Admin to receive Koncert's confirmation email. Once you select HubSpot in the next field, an  icon will appear with a tooltip describing this field when you hover over it.

• CRM you would like to integrate with – CRM used to manage customer contacts and interactions. Select HubSpot CRM from the dropdown.

NOTE: Currently, Workspace can integrate only with the following CRMs:

• • Salesforce
  • Salesforce-Sandbox
  • HubSpot

• HubSpot Org ID – Enter your HubSpot CRM Org ID.

The icon next to the HubSpot Org ID will guide you to locate your CRM Org ID under the Profile Information page.

• Sales Engagement Platform you would like to integrate with – Koncert allows integration with other Sales Engagement Platforms to import and dial prospects. You can currently integrate with Outreach, Apollo and Salesloft, with 'None' selected by default. This field is optional.

NOTE: Upon selection, the selected third party application (Sales Engagement Platforms) will be integrated with your Koncert Org. You can find the integration under the Administration tab of Koncert's Dialers portal. 

You have to authorize the integration, before using the Sales Engagement platform. Refer to the section Integrations for detailed information. Here Salesloft is shown as example.

NOTE: If you choose None, but later wish to integrate a Sales Engagement platform, you can select  the third party application (Sales Engagement Platforms) from the Account Management tab.

• I’m not a robot – Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reCAPTCHA verification (selecting related images to confirm you're a human).

Once you pass the reCAPTCHA, the message will change to: I agree to Koncert's Terms and Conditions.

• I agree to Koncert's Terms and Conditions – Click the checkbox to view the Terms and Conditions popup. After reviewing the Terms and Conditions, click Agree at the bottom of the window.

You can request a copy of the Terms and Conditions by entering your email address.

You can also download the Terms and Conditions document by clicking the Download icon at the bottom.

3. After completing all the required fields, click the Click to Sign Up button.

4. A confirmation window will pop up to verify the CRM and Sales Engagement platform (if selected).

NOTE:

• • Sales Engagement is a non-mandatory field.

• • If you try to select a different Sales Engagement Platform than the one chosen earlier, the below alert will appear.

5. After confirmation, you will see a success message on the signup page.

6. You will be automatically redirected to the Workspace Sign-in page. Your HubSpot CRM will appear as the default login option. Clicking this will direct you to the Workspace portal.

NOTE: Koncert will send you a confirmation email with further instructions and to help you get started with Workspace.

To log in, click the Login to Koncert button in the confirmation email. This will take you to the Workspace Sign-in page with your HubSpot CRM as the default option
