The sign-up process for users in Koncert Workspace has been streamlined, allowing users to sign in using their HubSpot credentials. There are two methods available for users to sign up:

• Method 1- Automatic Sign-up Process

• Method 2- Manual Sign-up Process

Method 1:

The admin can enable the Allow users to sign up automatically feature, which allows users to sign up automatically for the Koncert Portal. This feature is enabled by default in your organization.

Pre-requisites: Ensure you have your HubSpot credentials ready to login to Workspace.

1. Use the link provided by your Admin to access the Koncert sign in page.

2. On the sign-in page, click on the Sign In with HubSpot.

3. The HubSpot login page will be displayed. Click on Sign in to your HubSpot account and log in with your credentials.

4. After successful login, the following window will pop up asking you to connect Koncert with your HubSpot account for authentication. After selecting your account, click on the Choose Account button.

Upon clicking the Choose Account button, the following pop-up window will be displayed. Read the Terms and Conditions and agree to them by clicking the Checkbox, then click on the Connect App button to allow Koncert to access your HubSpot account.

5. Upon successful authorization, Koncert will start setting up your organization, and you will be directed to the Koncert portal.

By default, the Product Tour will be enabled once you log into the Koncert portal. If needed, you can navigate and explore the product by simply following the prompts or can even skip the Product Tour navigation by clicking the Skip option.

Method 2:

If the Allow users to sign up automatically feature is disabled, the admin can manually invite users to sign up.

Pre-requisites: Ensure you have your HubSpot credentials ready to log in to Workspace.

1. Go to your registered email and click on the Login to Koncert button in the invite email that you received.

2. The login page will only show your HubSpot login option.

3. Click on Sign In with HubSpot.

4. The HubSpot login page will be displayed. Click on Sign in to your HubSpot account and log in with your credentials.

5. After successful login, the following window will pop up asking you to connect Koncert with your HubSpot account for authentication. After selecting your account, click on the Choose Account button.

Upon clicking the Choose Account button, the following pop-up window will be displayed. Read the Terms and Conditions and agree to them by clicking the Checkbox, then click on the Connect App button to allow Koncert to access your HubSpot account.

6. After successful authorization, you will be directed to the Koncert portal.

By default, the Product Tour will be enabled once you log into the Workspace portal. If needed, you can navigate and explore the product by simply following the prompts or can even skip the Product Tour navigation by clicking the Skip option.
