Workspace, formerly known as Base App is the latest addition to our B2B Sales Engagement Platform that simplifies the process of creating Orgs and User accounts in the Koncert platform. This dramatically reduces the support intervention, enhances control over administrator usage, and reduces the time required for generating organizations and user accounts for new users.
Please contact Koncert Support at support@koncert.com or 603-952-2505 for product information, choose the products that suit your needs, and assign licenses accordingly.
With a simple signup process, you can create your own Org in the Koncert platform (known as an admin user), invite other users in the Organization, assign roles to them, and then get started using the products.
The Workspace has eight tabs, as follows:

Dashboard – This tab is used to view the the following information:

My Profile – This tab is used to view your personal information, your roles, and license information, as well as buttons for launching Koncert products (that you licensed) from Workspace. This is the default landing tab when you logged into the Workspace portal. |

User Management – This tab is used to invite other users in the organization to explore the Koncert products, assign their roles, allocate the product licenses, edit the user's information, and make them active/inactive. |

Integrations – This tab is used to view and setup/update the following details:
NOTE: This tab will NOT be available for Standalone (Non-CRM) Users. |

Account Management – This tab is used to view and update the company details. |
|
|
Administration – Click to launch the Koncert's Administration tab in a separate tab of the same browser. |
|
|
Remote Coach – Click to launch Koncert's Remote Salesfloor tab in a separate tab of the same browser. |
|
|
Call Recordings - Click to launch the Koncert's Call Recordings tab in a separate tab of the same browser. |

Profile – Displays the initials of the First name and Last name of the Admin. Click to perform the following actions.
