Workspace, formerly known as Base App, is a key addition to the Koncert B2B Sales Engagement Platform, designed to streamline the process of creating Orgs and User Accounts. It reduces the need for support intervention, enhances administrator control, and speeds up the creation of organizations and user accounts for new users.

Workspace includes a simplified signup process, empowering you (admin user) to create your Org, invite and manage users, assign roles, and launch products quickly.
The Workspace includes eight primary tabs to manage your organization and users effectively. Below is a description of each tab:
- Dashboard
- My Profile
- User Management
- Integrations
- Account Management
- Administration
- Remote Coach
- Call Recordings
Click to expand or collapse the Workspace tabs. When expanding, you can view the complete name of the Tabs, as shown below:
Dashboard
Provides an overview of key data
- Total number of Active and Inactive users
- Total number of Active licenses obtained vs. Used licenses for each product.
- License Availability status
My Profile
- Displays your personal details, roles, and license information.
- Launch Koncert products you’ve licensed directly from this tab.
- This is the default landing page after logging into the Workspace portal.
User Management
Manage user accounts within your organization:
- Invite users and assign product licenses.
- Edit user details (name, location, etc.).
- Activate or deactivate users.
- Assign roles and permissions within the platform.
Integrations
This tab is used to view the following details:
- My Integrations – The CRM you have integrated with Workspace will be displayed under this section, e.g. HubSpot.
- Available Add-ons – Lists other CRMs or add-ons available for integration.
NOTE: This tab will NOT be available for Standalone (Non-CRM) Users.
Account Management
View and update company-level details related to your organization.
Administration
Launch the Koncert Administration tab in a separate browser window to manage admin-related configurations.
Remote Coach
Launch the Remote Salesfloor feature in a separate browser tab. This feature is designed to facilitate remote sales training and coaching.
Call Recordings
Launch the Call Recordings tab in a separate browser window to manage and review your recorded calls within Koncert.
Profile
The Profile section is located at the top of the workspace and displays the initials of the admin's first and last name. You can take the following actions:
- Edit Profile – Redirects you to the My Profile tab where you can update your personal information.
- Logout – Allows you to log out of the Workspace.
Palette Icon
The Palette Icon provides the option to switch between Koncert products. Use this feature to quickly navigate across Koncert products.
