Sign Up with Koncert
Workspace lets HubSpot users get started quickly with Koncert. It simplifies the process of creating your Org and User accounts in the Koncert platform. This reduces assistance from Support so your users can get started immediately.
- The user who signs up for the first time in Workspace will be considered an Admin and will be able to add other users by sending manual invites or by automatic signup process.

Map Call Dispositions
After logging into the Koncert portal, it is mandatory to map the Koncert Call Dispositions with the HubSpot Call Dispositions, for mutual synchronization of call activities.

- Contact Lists
Mandatory columns/fields in a HubSpot list
The following columns/fields are mandatory for the HubSpot report.
- Account Name/Company Name
- Name (First & Last)
- Phone (other phone fields are accepted as well if added as a custom field in Koncert)

The HubSpot field types supported by Koncert are as follows:

Fetch HubSpot Fields to Koncert
The Koncert's Administration » Custom Fields tab is used to bring up the custom fields from HubSpot and enable them to be used in the Koncert portal.
By default, Koncert includes the mandatory fields of the HubSpot and automatically maps with the respective Koncert fields. If necessary, you can map the remaining fields.

Import HubSpot reports into Koncert for dialing
To dial a list from the HubSpot CRM in Koncert, you need to first import your list into Koncert, either into the Lists tab or into a Session tab. Koncert automatically creates a copy of the report in the Lists tab when you upload it directly into the Session tab. This feature is accessible only to customers whose HubSpot CRM is integrated with Koncert.

Dial the imported HubSpot records
The HubSpot call list(s) that have been uploaded from the Lists tab or the Session tab will be displayed in the Session tab for dialing.

Field Updates and Workflows in Koncert
Between Koncert and HubSpot, the following fields and workflows can be synced.
Contact
- Call Counter – Number of times a prospect is dialed in Koncert
- Talker Field Update – The Last Talker Call Disposition for this prospect
- Attempted Field Update – The Last DA/AI Engine Disposition for this prospect
Task/Activity
When a call is completed, an activity will be created with the below information updated by default (Talker and Attempted)
- Subject – Subject
- Comments – Description
- Call Result – Call Disposition
These fields are on the Task Object
Activity Object (only)
- Call Recording – The call recording URL will be updated to the HubSpot » Activity. This allows customers to listen right from HubSpot instead of going into Koncert.
- Call Duration – The length of the call
- Caller ID – Caller ID displayed to the prospect
- Dialed Phone Number – The phone number of the prospect to which the dial is made
