The Privacy Deletion feature in Koncert’s Administration tab allows Admins to permanently remove prospects, along with their associated data and history, from the Koncert application.
Note that this deletion only affects the Koncert platform; the data remains intact in your CRM or Sales Engagement Platform.
Important: Ensure you have removed the prospect from your CRM or Sales Engagement Platform before deleting it in Koncert.
By default, no prospects will be available under the Privacy Deletion tab. Admins can delete prospects by performing the following steps:
- Enter the full or partial contact name or account name in the Search by Contact or Account field.
The search results will only display prospects that have already been imported from either the Lists tab and Settings Summary or are currently available in the organization's Dialing Session tab.
- Select the checkbox left to the prospect that you want to delete and click the Privacy Deletion button.
- A confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm to finalize deletion.
- Upon confirmation, a message, Prospects deleted, will display.
Impact of Deletion
Once a prospect is deleted:
- All associated data and history are permanently removed from Koncert.
- You may re-import the deleted prospect at any time; however, Koncert will treat it as a completely new record, with no previous history retained.
