Analytics » Advanced sub-tab is designed to provide you with comprehensive information about your dials, dialing sessions, executive performance, weekly summary data, talker call disposition records, Do Not Call (DNC) records, Parking Lot records, Network Latency when using Koncert, as well as performance on call lists.
Below are the features available in the Advanced tab:
- Filters – It is a key area, where you can select the criteria to generate reports. Based on the selected criteria, the report will be generated.
Below are the criteria available in this section:
- Products – Choose the product for which the report is to be retrieved. Reports associated with the selected product will be displayed.
- Report – Select the Report you wish to retrieve from this dropdown list.
- Teams – This filter is only applicable and enabled for Managers and disabled or grayed out for users (Sales Reps). Users can only view their reports.
- Users – Defaults to your name (logged-in user name). If you have been given access to see other sales reps you can choose names in this dropdown.
- Dispositions – Select a Call Disposition/Result from the dropdown for which the report will be retrieved. This field will be enabled only for the following reports.

- Lists – Select a List from the dropdown for which the report will be retrieved. This field will be enabled only for the following reports.

- Koncert - List Performance
- Date Range – Select the desired date range.
- Apply – Click Apply to retrieve the report based on the selected criteria.
NOTE:
- If you have licenses for multiple products, you can choose them from Products dropdown.
- When the Products dropdown is left blank, only Generic reports will appear under the Report dropdown. The Generic report will be generated for all licensed products, if you select any reports under the Report dropdown.
- Start Date & End Date – The Start Date and End Date fields will be enabled only when ‘Custom Date’ is selected from the Date Range field
- To select all options in the dropdown menus at once, click Select All, and to deselect all options, click Clear.
- The filter option is also available above the Grid for quicker access to filtering.
- Export Report – Click the Export and then choose either Export to Excel or Export to CSV to save the report.
- Schedule Reports – Click Schedule to schedule and send the reports automatically to the selected users for a selected period, either in Excel or CSV format. Refer to the article Schedule Reports for detailed information.
NOTE: The Schedule icon will be available only for managers, who are authorized to schedule and send reports to the users.

Select Reports – Click to customize the reports as needed and list them under the Filters » Report dropdown for selection. Refer to the article Customize Reports and their Columns for detailed information.

Refresh Report – Click Refresh to bring the latest report.

Select Columns – Click Select Columns to select/customize the columns as you wish to be displayed for the selected report. Refer to the article Customize Reports and their Columns for detailed information.

Favorite Report – Click on the Star icon icon to mark the report as a favorite. A success message below will be displayed.
The Star icon turns yellow which indicates the marked report is a starred/favorite report.
Also, the starred reports are categorized as Favorite Reports and listed at the top of the Report dropdown, whereas all other reports are categorized as All Reports.
- Dropdown – Clicking on this icon lists out all the available reports. Upon selecting a specific report, the respective report will be retrieved and displayed accordingly. Notably, any filter criteria previously applied by the user will also be retained and applied to the newly selected report.
