Integrating Apollo with Koncert greatly enhances your sales performance through streamlined workflows and the automation of essential functions. This article guides both administrators and sales representatives on how to use Apollo within the Koncert platform.
Users of both Koncert and Apollo platforms can now effortlessly search for any Apollo Sequence within the Koncert platform, enabling the execution of assigned call tasks. They also can load lists containing all outstanding call tasks and individual call assignments.
With a simple signup process, the Admin can create the org (CRM/Standalone) in Koncert and can integrate with Apollo. After the successful creation of the org, Admin can invite or add other users, assign roles to users, and then get started using Koncert.
Getting Started
Workspace lets Apollo users get started quickly with Koncert. It simplifies creating your Org and User accounts in the Koncert platform. This reduces assistance from Support so your users can get started immediately.

Create your Org
After assigning licenses for Koncert products, Admin will receive a Welcome email from Koncert Support with a link to sign up for Workspace.
The user signing up for the first time in Workspace will be considered an Admin user, where Admin can invite other users in the organization after successful sign-up.

Log into the Workspace
NOTE: This section is only applicable to CRM users.
For Admins:
After successfully signing up for the Workspace, you will be redirected to the login page, where your selected CRM will appear as the default login (e.g. Salesforce) as shown below:
Pre-requisites: Ensure you have your CRM credentials ready for logging into the Workspace.

Users (Sales Reps):
You can go to the link provided by your Admin to access the Koncert sign-in page and click on the CRM you use to continue, if your Admin used the automatic sign-in option.

You can go to your registered email and click on the Login to Koncert button in the invite email you received.

NOTE: Standalone users will be logged in directly to Workspace, once the signup process is completed.
My Profile
After logging in to Workspace, My Profile is the default landing tab. Here you can view your personal information, your roles, and license information, as well as an option for launching the Koncert products from Workspace. Also, you can add your personal numbers as Caller IDs. This section is for both Admin and Sales Reps.

Integrations tab
NOTE: This section is only applicable to CRM users. Only intended for Admins and Managers.
The Integrations tab is used to view the CRM that you have integrated with the Workspace.

User Management
This section is only applicable to Admins and Managers.
From the User Management tab, the Admin you can complete the following actions:
- Invite other users
- Assign roles
- Allocate the Koncert licenses
- Edit the user's information
- Make the users active/inactive

Log into the Koncert portal
From the
Workspace »
My Profile tab, you can launch the Koncert products, to which you have obtained licenses, by clicking on the respective product buttons.
For example, here clicking on the Launch AI Dialers button opens the Koncert AI Dialers.
Pre-requisites: Koncert requires users to have their login credentials, to log into the Koncert portal.

Authorize Apollo
After logging into the Koncert portal, users need to authorize Apollo in the Koncert » Settings » Third Party Integrations tab.

Map Dispositions
For Admins only:
It is mandatory to map the Koncert Call Dispositions with the Apollo Call Dispositions and Sentiment, for mutual synchronization of call activities.

NOTE: The Managers and Users can only view the Call Dispositions mapped by Admins, upon clicking the Call Disposition Mapping link.
Import Apollo lists into Koncert for dialing
Once the Call Dispositions are mapped by the admin, you can first import your list into Koncert, either into the Lists tab or into the Session tab, and then start dialing. Koncert automatically creates a copy of the report in the Lists tab when you upload it directly into the Session tab. This feature is accessible only to customers whose Apollo is integrated with Koncert.

NOTE: By default, you can import a maximum of 500 prospects. Please reach out to Koncert Support at support@koncert.com if you wish to increase the maximum limit.
Dial the imported Apollo records
You can simply connect with prospects once the Apollo call list(s) are available in the Session tab, which was uploaded from the Lists tab or the Session tab.
You can view the prospect details and the activities performed in Koncert, within Apollo, by clicking the Apollo icon button left to the Contact Name.
The Apollo - People window will be displayed with the selected prospect information.
The activities performed (such as Calls made, Left Voicemail, Got Referral, Follow-up, etc.) in the Koncert portal will be updated in the Apollo » People » <Prospect Name> » Activities section.
