Koncert now has a turnkey integration with Apollo, which allows users to import a call list(s) from Apollo into the Koncert portal. This article is intended for all Users, Admins, and Managers.
To build a tight integration with Apollo, the following settings must be performed in the Koncert » Settings » Third Party Integrations tab.
An API Key is required to authorize and connect Apollo to the Koncert platform After logging into the Koncert portal (either standalone or CRM).
Authorize Apollo
- For authorization, log into the Koncert portal (either standalone or CRM).
If the Apollo is selected as Sales Engagement Platform during Org creation, an Authorize Apollo popup will be displayed, when accessing the Koncert portal.
Click the Connect button.

Alternatively, you can perform the below steps.
For Admins: Navigate to the Administration » Third Party Integrations tab and click on the Authorize button.
For Users and Managers: Navigate to the Settings » Third Party Integrations tab and click on the Authorize button.
- Upon clicking the Authorize or Connect link, a Guideline to create API key window will pop up showing step-by-step instructions on how to add an API key. Please follow the screen instructions and get the API Key. Once you get the API key, close the Guideline to create API key window.
NOTE: You can also find the API key by navigating to the Profile » Integrations option. Once the Integrations screen appears, click the Connect link for the API option. This will open the API Management screen, where you will find the API key by clicking the API keys option.

- The Apollo API key window will be displayed. Paste the API Key and click Proceed.
- After successful authorization, the below confirmation message will be displayed.
- The Authorize link will be hidden from your view. Also, the Green Checkmark
icon will be made visible indicating that Apollo has been successfully integrated with Koncert.
For Admins:
The Connected Users link will be enabled to allow you to proceed with the setup. This link will be available only for Admins.
For Managers and Users:
Connected Users
The Admin can view the list of users who have authorized Apollo by clicking the 'Connected Users' link as shown below.
Disconnect
You can disconnect the Apollo integration at any time by clicking the Disconnect link. Upon clicking, the below confirmation message will be displayed.
Click OK to disconnect the integration or click the Close icon to cancel the process.
Upon clicking OK, the message Apollo disconnected successfully will be displayed.
