From the Settings Summary window, you can purchase Caller IDs from Twilio or add your phone number or company-owned Caller IDs for immediate use in making outbound calls.
NOTE: Users can purchase up to 5 Caller IDs directly from the Session tab. If you need to increase this limit, please contact Koncert Support.
Below you can find how to purchase the Caller IDs from Twilio:
- In the Session tab » Settings Summary window, select the option Custom from the Caller ID mode dropdown.
- An Add link will appear at the top-right of the Caller ID Mode dropdown. Click the Add link to proceed.
- The Add Custom Caller IDs window will be displayed. From here, you can add your phone number or Caller IDs owned by your company or you can purchase Caller IDs from Twilio.
Add your Number
You can add as many personal or company-owned Caller IDs as needed, with no restrictions on the number.
- The following information is required to add your Custom Caller IDs.

- Country – By default, the United States is selected, but you can choose a different country to which the Caller ID will be assigned.

- Caller ID – The country code will be displayed and locked by default. Enter your phone number or a company-owned Caller ID that you wish to use.

- Assign to Users – Choose which users should have access to this Caller ID.

- Enable Caller ID Managed Services – This option is disabled by default. If you need to enable this service, select the checkbox.
Enabling Caller ID Manager Services will consume 1 credit from your Caller ID limit and move the newly added Caller ID to the Health Check tab to verify whether the number is marked as spam. This option will be disabled if you don’t have a subscription limit

- My company has the right to use this number as a Caller ID when making calls from Koncert – By default, this option is disabled. Enable it if you want to permit Koncert to use this number as a Caller ID when making calls.
- Click Save to add the Custom Caller ID. Upon successful addition, an alert message Caller ID Added will be displayed.
NOTE: If the Caller ID number entered has already been added, an alert message 'Another Caller ID already exists. Please check and try with a different Caller ID.' will appear.
Add From Twilio
- Upon clicking Add From Twilio, the Purchase Caller ID from Twilio window will appear.

From the Choose Location dropdown, select your desired location (the default is United States, but Canada is also available).
- Select your desired State from the Choose State dropdown. Only states associated with your chosen location will appear.
- Choose the Area Code from the Choose Area Code dropdown for which you wish to purchase Caller IDs. Only area codes associated with your selected state will be shown.
- Click Go to view the available Caller IDs for the selected area code.
NOTE: If you don’t select an area code, clicking Go will list all available Caller IDs for the selected state.
- Select the Caller IDs that you wish to purchase.
- You can add the selected Caller IDs by clicking either the Add to Cart button or the Add Caller IDs button.
Add to Cart:
Click on the Add to Cart button.
After successfully adding them, you’ll see an alert message confirming that the Caller IDs have been added to your cart.
If you added the Caller IDs to the cart, click the Cart button to view your selections.
In the Items in Cart window, click Add Caller IDs to finalize the purchase.
NOTE: You can remove any Caller IDs from the cart by clicking the Delete icon next to each item.
Add Caller IDs:
Click on the Add Caller IDs button to directly purchase the Caller IDs selected.
- A confirmation message ‘Caller IDs added’ will appear after successfully purchasing the Caller IDs.
- The Custom Caller IDs that are newly purchased will be added to the Custom Caller IDs list immediately, for making outbound calls.
In addition to this, an Info icon (If your organization has the Health Check feature enabled) and Delete
icon will be available next to the purchased caller IDs.
- Click to launch the Health Check popup window, which displays the health check status e.g., whether it is flagged as spam of the Caller ID.
- Click to delete the Custom Caller ID from the org.
- Also, the newly purchased Custom Caller IDs will now appear in the Custom Caller IDs sub-tab with a (
) icon to indicate they were purchased from Twilio.
If your subscription limit for Caller IDs is exceeded, an alert will appear notifying you of the issue.
