You can find the best day and time to make calls to the prospect. This provides insights into the optimal days for making calls based on the selected filter criteria. By default, the report will be displayed for the date range Current Week.
This has been derived based on the Dials per Connect i.e. Total number of dials/Total number of connects, at its best for the selected filter criteria.
For example, in the above screenshot, the dials to connect at their best is on ‘Thursday’ i.e. number of connects in fewer dials, hence the Best Day has been displayed as ‘Thursday’ with three stars in it, for the selected filter criteria.
Hover over the day to view the respective metrics..
The Best Time can be derived by evaluating when the highest number of connections occur on the Best Day. In the below screenshot, the best time on the best day is ‘9 AM’:
Below are the features available in the Best Day to Call sub-tab:
- Filters – It is a key area, where you can select the criteria to generate reports. Based on the selected criteria, the report will be generated.
Below are the criteria available in this section:
- Dialers – Select a Dialer Product (AI Flow Dialer / AI Parallel Dialer/ Click Dialer / Agent Assisted Dialer) from the dropdown for which the report will be retrieved. Defaults to the Products that you have obtained license. Mandatory field.
- Teams – This filter is only applicable and enabled for Managers and disabled or grayed out for users (Sales Reps). Users can only view their reports.
- Users – Defaults to your name (logged-in user name). If you have been given access to see other sales reps you can choose names in this dropdown.
- Lists - Select a List from the dropdown for which the report is to be retrieved.earching of the reports based on the List Name. The report will be generated based on the selected list names.
- Date Range – Defaults to ‘Current Week’. If needed, you can select the desired date range. The available options are

- Last Week
- Current Month
- Last Month
- Current Quarter
- Last Quarter
- Apply – Click Apply to retrieve the report based on the selected criteria.
NOTE:
- If you have licenses for multiple products, you can choose them from the Products dropdown.
- To select all options in the dropdown menus at once, click Select All, and to deselect all options, click Clear.
- The filter option is also available above the Grid for quicker access to filtering.
- Display in Percentage – Click to view the metrics in Percentage. Upon clicking, the icon will be replaced with the icon Display In Values , allowing you to view the metrics in Numbers/Values.
- Refresh Report – Click Refresh to bring the latest report.
- Start Date & End Date – The Start Date and End Date fields will be enabled only when ‘Custom Date’ is selected from the Date Range field
