The Permissions sub-tab in Koncert's Administration section allows Administrators to grant or revoke access to specific users or managers to view the Administration tab and its contents. This feature ensures that users or managers can view all administrative details without being able to make any changes.
Within the Permissions sub-tab, Administrators can view a list of users or managers within the organization along with their respective roles.
Below are the steps to grant permissions for users/managers to view the Administration tab:
- The Admin can enable the checkbox under the column Permissions to view the Administration tab across each user name to grant access to the Administration tab.
NOTE: The admins can revoke the assigned permissions at any time by unchecking the checkbox as needed.
- Once access is granted, a confirmation notification will appear.
Admins can revoke this access at any time.
- Once access is enabled for the users or managers, they gain the ability to view all sub-tabs within the Administration tab. However, it's important to note that users or managers with these permissions are restricted from making any edits to the information within the Administration tab.
NOTE: All the sub-tabs, except for the Permission and Salesfloor sub-tabs, will be made visible and available with read-only access.
