The Salesfloor sub-tab enables Admins to manage user permissions by selectively allowing the user to act as observer, create a Private Room, or restrict access to the Salesfloor feature. Admins can also grant or revoke these permissions at any time, as needed.
This tab will be visible and accessible only for orgs who have Remote Salesfloor feature.
Within the Salesfloor tab, Administrators can view a list of users within the organization alongside their respective roles.
By default, all the permissions are pre-selected and grayed out for administrators and managers indicating that those are automatically granted to them and cannot be removed.
Below are the steps to grant or deny permissions for the user to act as observer, to create a private room or to view a Salesfloor:
- Administrators can grant the following access to specific users by enabling the respective checkboxes under the appropriate columns:
Observer - Enabling this checkbox allows the user to act as an observer in the Remote Salesfloor.
View Salesfloor – By default, this permission is selected for all the users. If needed, the admin can disable the checkbox to revoke access to the Salesfloor Rooms.
Private Room - Enabling this checkbox allows the user to create a Private Room in the Remote Salesfloor.
An Info icon is available for each column. Hovering these icons will display a tooltip with a brief description of each column for better understanding.
NOTE: The admins can revoke the assigned permissions at any time by unchecking the checkbox as needed.
- Once changes are done for the user, the below notification will be displayed.
- The users with observer access can observe the meetings, listen to the ongoing meetings, chat with the participants and share the screen or join the meeting if needed in real-time. The users who have Private Room access can create a Private Room within the Salesfloor.
