After you have logged into the Koncert portal, go to the Lists tab to view the Lead Pool List shared by your manager. The shared Lead Pool List will be highlighted in ‘blue’ so you can easily differentiate this list from a normal Call List.
You cannot view or edit the list settings enabled by your manager for the lead pool list, as the icon under the Settings column is grayed out.
Also, you cannot delete the shared lead pool list. If you try to do so, the warning message will be displayed.
Below you can find how to import the shared Lead Pool List to the Dialing Session tab for dialing:
- In the Lists tab, select the Lead Pool List shared by your manager that you want to dial.
- Click on the Begin Import button above the grid.
NOTE: When you try to import more than one Lead Pool List to the Dialing Session tab at once, then the below information message will be displayed:

You will be redirected to the Dialing Session tab. Click on the Join Audio button to connect to the phone Bridge. Then, click on the Start Session button to initiate the dialing session.
