Zoom In and Zoom Out
Koncert has introduced a new feature that allows users to adjust the zoom level within the Koncert application for improved readability and user experience.
New Zoom In and Zoom Out controls have been added to the top-right corner of the interface.
Zoom Out: Users can now decrease the zoom level in precise 10% increments, down to a minimum of 80%, by clicking the Minus icon.
Zoom In: Users can seamlessly zoom in, restoring the zoom level upto a maximum of 100%, by clicking the Plus icon.
Click the respective icons according to your preferences.
This update empowers users to customize their view for optimal comfort and efficiency.
Dialing Session
New Field - Add to Sequence
This update empowers Outreach and Salesloft users with new functionality to streamline prospect management. We've added a dropdown field titled Add to Sequence under the Call Disposition » Referral section.
Select the desired sequence you want to assign to a prospect from the dropdown menu. The dropdown will populate with relevant sequences from your respective Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach or Salesloft). Only sequences that you own will be displayed. Sequences owned by other users will not be visible.
Once you assign a sequence, the prospect will be automatically added to the chosen sequence within that platform.
This update aims to save you time and effort by streamlining the process of adding prospects to sequences.
Editable Talking points
Koncert allows the users to edit Talking Points directly from the Prospect Information window. Previously, the Talking Points could only be viewed from the Prospect Information window and were editable only through the Call Disposition pop-up » Talking Points.
This update is designed to improve workflow efficiency and make it easier for users to manage and update their Talking Points on the go.
Simplified Editing for Prospect Fields
Koncert now allows users to edit the Prospect fields more conveniently. Previously, users could edit fields from the Prospect Information window or Call Disposition window by clicking the Edit icon or double-clicking the header of the field.
Now, users can click anywhere within the field to make edits/changes.
This update is designed to improve workflow efficiency and make it easier for users to manage and update their information on-the-go.
Adhoc Dial
We are pleased to introduce the Adhoc Dial feature, designed to streamline the calling process by allowing users to immediately dial a phone number provided by the current dialing prospect during a dialing session, without disconnecting the current session.
A new Expand icon will appear before the Redial button in the Call Disposition pop-up during the current call.
Clicking on the Expand icon shows a Make a Call button.
Before clicking the "Make a Call" button, ensure to log the proper disposition.
Click the "Make a Call" button, which opens the small pop-up where you enter the phone number along with the country code to be dialed.
Clicking on the call button initiates a call to the dialed number using the Click Dialer.
The Click Dialer CD pop-up will be displayed, where you can have a conversation with the prospect allowing you to enter the proper disposition.
Also, you can view the corresponding metrics under the Analytics tab by selecting the product filter CD.
This feature streamlines the calling process, allowing for immediate calls to the user’s preferred number and efficient session management.
Non-Dialable Prospects Icon
Koncert has introduced a new icon to indicate non-dialable phone numbers within the Non-Dialable Prospects tab. This icon will display under the column Call for any phone number that cannot be dialed through Koncert.
By easily identifying the non-dialable numbers, you can focus your efforts on reaching qualified prospects.
Salesloft - Shared Sequences
A new option, "Shared Sequences," has been added to the Search/Upload Lists section under the Settings Summary window.
By default, only sequences you own appear in the searches. Enabling Shared Sequences expands your search to include:
- Sequences created by other users.
- Sequences shared directly with you by managers or other users.
However, when you import a shared sequence, only the prospects you own within that sequence will be imported into the Dialing Session.
This feature saves time by allowing users to import shared sequences instead of having to create their own.
Analytics
Best Day to Call - Filter Enhancements
- A new filter 'Lists' has been added under the Best Day to Call » Filters sub-tab, to facilitate deep searching of the reports based on the List Name. The report will be generated based on the selected list names.
This provides insights into the optimal days for making calls for the selected list names.
- A new option ‘Custom Date’ has been added under the filter Date Range. Once selected, the Start Date and End Date fields will be enabled, where you can choose your preferred date range for report generation.
This enhancement provides users with greater flexibility in generating reports based on their preferred date ranges.
Koncert Crown Visibility Update
Koncert introduced a concept of giving rewards to users who have contributed the most. A visual representation in the form of Crowns was displayed across the sales reps, indicating the top performers based on certain criteria. Crowns exclusively appeared when either all users or teams comprising all users were selected.
The rewards feature has been enhanced to provide more specific recognition. Now, if a specific team is selected under the Teams field in the Filter, the rewards will be based only on the performance of those users in the selected team.
This allows for more targeted recognition of top performers within individual teams.
New Columns
- The following new columns have been added under the List performance report under the List Performance tab and Advanced » Koncert – List Performance Report.

- Session time - Total time from when users started a session to when they ended it in HH:MM:SS format.

- Talk time - Total time duration of each call that was connected in HH:MM:SS format

- Best connect time - Displays the time at which the highest number of connections made on the Best Day.
- A column Dial to Connects has been added under the Advanced tab in the following reports, showing the number of connects that happened /established from the total number of dials made

Call Recordings
New Visual Message
The Never Record Calls feature under the Call Recordings » Permissions sub-tab enables users to restrict call recordings for specific states irrespective of the option selected under the Call Recording Settings (Two Party Consent).
Here, a new visual message "Note: Call recordings are disabled for the calls made to <Name of the States>", has been added, indicating that the calls will not be recorded for the selected states.
This feature helps users easily identify the states where calls are not recorded, ensuring adherence to state-specific regulations and enhancing transparency.
Administration
New Section: Salesfloor
A new section named Salesfloor has been added under the Company Setup tab. This section includes the following options:
- Enable Salesfloor: This option allows administrators to enable or disable the Salesfloor feature for the organization.
- Enable CallBlitz Room: This option allows administrators to enable or disable the CallBlitz feature for the organization.
The "Enable CallBlitz Room" option will only be available if the "Enable Salesfloor" option is set to "Yes".
Previously, the aforementioned features were enabled by Koncert support on request basis.
This update gives administrators greater control over the Salesfloor and CallBlitz functionalities, allowing them to customize these features according to their organizational needs.
Show Call Recordings
A new option Show Call Recordings has been added under Administration » Call Dispositions » Add/Edit Call Disposition window.
Koncert will only display the call recordings under the Call Recordings and Analytics tabs if the option is set to Yes. The dispositions with this setting Yes will only be visible under the Call Recordings » Dispositions filter.
However, the call recordings for the dispositions Left Voicemail and Transferred to VM/IVR will not be displayed even if the option is set to Yes for those dispositions.
In addition, a new column Call Recording? has been added under the Call Dispositions sub-tab which will be populated based on the aforementioned settings.
This feature gives users more control over which call recordings are displayed, enhancing the ability to manage and analyze call data effectively.
New Default Parking Lot Rules
Koncert has introduced new default parking lot rules that apply when a new Org is created.
These rules determine when a Prospect's phone number will be parked based on AI Engine call dispositions:
- Busy – Prospect's phone number will be parked if the AI Engine logs the disposition Busy 3 times.
- Failed – Prospect's phone number will be parked if the AI Engine logs the disposition Failed 3 times.
- Phone Tree – Prospect's phone number will be parked if the AI Engine logs the disposition Phone Tree 2 times.
- Phone Tree - Name Not Found – Prospect's phone number will be parked if the AI Engine logs the disposition Phone Tree - Name Not Found 2 times.
- Phone Tree - No Company Directory – Prospect's phone number will be parked if the AI Engine logs the disposition Phone Tree - No Company Directory 2 times.
These new rules provide more granular control over how Koncert handles prospects reached by the AI Engine. You can modify these default rules to your specific needs for better suit.
Salesfloor
Emoji Feature on Salesfloor Panel
We're excited to announce a new Emoji feature that adds fun and interactivity to your calls and motivates others during calls.
A new Emoji icon has been added to the tile of the host and attendees in the Salesfloor Panel, allowing all to send emojis while in the meeting.
This offers a variety of emojis (e.g., smiley faces, thumbs up, celebrations). Simply choose the emoji that best suits your mood and send it out to everyone meeting.
Emoji Sounds: To add to the fun, a playful sound effect will accompany each emoji sent.
In-Call Focus: To avoid distraction, the host will only hear the sound effect when their status changes from On Call to Dialing, On Wrap, or Paused during the calls.
Emojis set a fun and lighthearted tone, making meetings more enjoyable for everyone. This feature encourages interaction among users, fostering a more dynamic call environment.
Third Party Integrations
Alert Message for Call Disposition Mapping
A new alert message has been implemented in the Call Disposition Mapping section within Third Party Integration for Salesloft and Outreach users.
When clicking the Use Disposition from Salesloft/Outreach button, an alert message will now appear.
This message notifies users that choosing to use Salesloft/Outreach outcomes will permanently override the default Koncert outcomes. After switching, they can update their default automation in the Call Disposition tab.
It is important to note that the core functionality of the Use Disposition from Salesloft/Outreach button remains the same.
Workspace
Koncert Platform Login Update
This update simplifies the login process for existing Koncert users. Launching the Koncert Workspace app at https://app.koncert.com will now automatically redirect you to the Koncert Dialers portal.
Koncert Workspace, your one-stop for all account management, remains available. You can now conveniently access it from the user profile menu within the Koncert Dialers portal.
This update aims to improve your Koncert experience by offering a more streamlined and efficient workflow.
