The Merge List feature in Koncert allows you to combine multiple static call lists (CSV format) into a single unified list. This feature is applicable only in the Standalone Org.
NOTE: Before merging the lists, please remember the below points.
- The Merge List option is available only for static lists (CSV lists). If you attempt to merge lists from a Sales Engagement Platform, an alert will be displayed informing you that merging from this source is not supported.
- Only lists that have been previously imported into the Dialing Session tab can be merged within the Lists tab. If you try to merge a newly uploaded CSV list without importing it into the Dialing Session tab first, you will receive an alert.
Merging Lists can be performed after you have cleared your view in the Dialing Session tab by clicking Clear contacts in view under the Settings Summary window.
- Active Lists in a dialing session cannot be merged. If the list you are trying to merge is currently active in the dialing session, an alert will appear upon clicking the Save button in the Merge List window.
- You can upload only one Merge list at a time, when trying to upload more than one merged lists, the below alert will be displayed.
- You can merge at least two lists. If you try to merge only one list, an alert will notify you that you must select at least two lists.
- You can merge up to four lists at a time. If you select more than four lists, you will receive an alert stating that only up to four lists can be merged.
- If the combined list contains more than 2000 records, it may take some time to upload into the Dialing Session tab. You will see an alert informing you of the delay. You can track the status of your upload by clicking the link under Settings »Import Queue.
Below you can find how to merge a call lists:
- In the Lists tab, Select the call list(s) you would like to merge. Then, click the Actions button on the top and select the option Merge.
- After the Merge List window opens, you will need to enter a name for the new merged list. This name will be used to identify the unified list.
- After entering a name, click Save. A unique merged list will be created.
The Type of the file will be labeled as StaticMergeList.
After the merge, the individual lists that were combined will be archived and moved to the Archived Lists section. These lists can be unarchived later if needed.
Once the lists are successfully merged, the combined list can be uploaded into the Dialing Session tab, where you can start dialing.
Important Notes:
Merging Limits: Ensure you are merging between two to four static lists at a time. Lists that are active in the Dialing Session tab or that are newly uploaded into the Lists tab cannot be merged.
CSV Format: Only static (CSV) lists are supported for merging.
Exported Merged List: Once merged, the list will appear as a new entry and can be exported, just like any other call list in the Lists tab.
