Enable the Salesfloor feature
By default, this will be accessible to all users, managers, and Admins. However, the admins can disable this feature if needed.

Get Started with Remote Salesfloor: Understand Your User Role
In the Remote Salesfloor, the user can act as a Host, an attendee, or an observer.
- Host – The host is the user who initiates or creates the audio session and thereby establishes the virtual room where other users can join or listen to calls.
- Attendee – An individual who joins another user's meeting room either to listen or speak is referred to as an Attendee. They cannot initiate a dialing session.
- Observer – An individual user who does not join or belong to any room is called an Observer. Observers can listen to conversations in any room.
