Koncert’s Remote Salesfloor is a unique feature designed to bring the traditional salesfloor workspace experience into the virtual realm. It allows your sales teams to collaborate, connect, coach, and engage like never before, all within a virtual environment.
Below are the options available in the Salesfloor tab:
The Salesfloor tab is divided into two following portions.
Your Room – From where you can create your room. If no room is created, you can notice a message Your room is empty! Join for group discussions.
Side Panel – Located on the right side, where you can see the active meetings and can effortlessly join others' Salesfloor rooms. You can open or hide this panel at any time.
Room Creation
- Create New Room: Clicking on this allows you to create a new virtual room for team collaboration and strategy discussions. Once you create a room, you become the host of the room.
The following options will be available:
- Host's Tile
In the center of the room, you will see the host's tile, displaying the initials of the first name and last name of the host(e.g., "JW" for John William).
The host's first name and the status of the mic (muted or unmuted) are also shown.
- Control Bar
The control buttons at the bottom allow the hosts to manage their audio, video, screen sharing, and other settings:

- Show Attendees – Click to view and manage attendees in the room. The number of attendees will be displayed.

- Microphone – By default, it is turned on. If needed, the host can turn it off based on the preferences.

Video Camera – Click to turn the camera on or off.

Screen Sharing – Click to share your screen with participants.

Ellipses Menu (More Options) – This button allows you to open additional settings and options, such as blurring the background, choosing a microphone/camera, or selecting themes.

Basic Settings

- Blur Background: You can blur the background if needed.

- Captions: Click to enable or disable captions. Once enabled, transcription of the spoken conversation will be displayed.

Advanced Settings

- Microphone: Choose the microphone device available in your system from this dropdown. Any selection you make here, will be instantly reflected in your Dialing Session tab.

- Camera: Choose the Camera device available in your system from this dropdown. If your system doesn't have any camera devices, the option No camera available will be visible.

- Themes: Choose a desired background theme for the meeting from the options provided.

Leave/End Call – Click to leave the current meeting or end the call.

- Chat – This icon allows you to send and receive messages.

- Emojis – This offers a variety of emojis (e.g., smiley faces, thumbs up, celebrations). Simply choose the emoji that best suits your mood and send it out to everyone meeting. A playful sound effect will accompany each emoji sent.
Salesfloor Side Panel
Here you will find options for managing and interacting with others' active rooms.
- Expand / Collapse – You can expand or collapse this panel at any time using the icons.
- Salesfloor – Displays a list of Salesfloor rooms that are currently active.
- Call Blitz Rooms – Allows you to create and manage separate virtual conference rooms.
- Listen All – Click this button to enable or disable the "Listen All" feature, which allows you to listen to conversations of participants across all the rooms. Available only for users who have observer permission.
- Caption – Upon enabling displays a transcription of the spoken conversation. Available only for users who have observer permission.
- Refresh – Clicking on this refreshes any recent meetings that are created.
- Ellipses Menu (More Options) – This button allows you to open additional settings and options, such as blurring the background, choosing a microphone/camera, or selecting themes.
Each tile has the below options to
- Join – Click to enter an active room.
- Listen – Listen to the conversation happening in the selected room.
- Chat – Click to instantly chat with the participants in the selected room.

View Content – Click this button to view any content being shared within the selected room.
NOTE: The Listen, Chat, and View Content icons will be available only for users who have observer permission.
