Koncert's Call Blitz Room provides a powerful tool for creating and managing virtual conference rooms, enhancing collaboration for all users within the Salesfloor environment. Here’s a detailed guide on how to create, join, and manage Call Blitz Rooms effectively.
Create Call Blitz Room
- In the Salesfloor panel, navigate to Call Blitz Rooms section and then click the button.
- After the Create a Call Blitz Room window pops up, select the following:
- Name – Enter a unique name for the room.
- Private room – Select this option to designate a room as private. Once selected, the Users dropdown will become enabled. Only the selected users will access this private room.
- Users – Choose the users who should have access to this private room.
- Make this as a Permanent room – By default, the newly created room will be available for just one meeting. To make the room permanent, select the checkbox Make this as a Permanent room. The Permanent room will stay forever until it is deleted by the admin. This checkbox will be available only for Admins, Managers, and Managers with Admin access.
Click OK to create the room.
- Once created, the below notification will be displayed.
- The created room will be displayed as shown below:
You can find the number of Call Blitz rooms available to join.
Edit a Call Blitz Room
Only Admins, Managers, and Managers with Admin access can edit, and delete the Call Blitz Room.
- Click the Edit icon for the room you wish to edit.
- After the Edit a Call Blitz room window pops up, make the changes as you wish.

Click Update. A confirmation message saying Room updated successfully will be displayed.
The Edit icon is also accessible in the extended/full view mode.
Joining to a Call Blitz Room
- In the Salesfloor Side Panel, Click the Join icon for the room you wish to join.
The number of participants already in the room will be displayed next to the room name.
- Clicking the Join icon allows you to enter the respective room, where you can view the meeting control options as shown below. Refer to the article Salesfloor - Workspace for detailed information.
- When any user joins the room, the following notification message <User Name> entered the room will be displayed.
- By clicking the icon, the Call Blitz room will appear as a smaller tile in the Salesfloor side panel. You can maximize it by clicking the icon on the corresponding room tile.
Each Call Blitz Room tile includes a control bar with the following options:
- Microphone – Turn the microphone on or off (default is off).
- Screen Sharing – Click to share your screen with participants.
- Camera – Click to turn the camera on or off.
- Chat – This icon allows you to send and receive messages.
- Leave Room – Click to leave the current meeting.
- With the Call Blitz room in maximized view, you can hide the Salesfloor/Call Blitz section in the side panel by clicking the icon.
To restore it to, click the Salesfloor button on the bottom right.
Anyone can create Call Blitz rooms, providing flexibility and efficient outreach efforts, maximizing your team's call time. All created rooms are visible and accessible to all users, allowing for easy participation.
Admins can delete any Call Blitz rooms, regardless of who created them. Users and Managers can only delete rooms they created themselves, preventing accidental disruption of ongoing meetings.
Joining a Call Blitz room won't disconnect you from the main Salesfloor Room you created earlier (i.e. as a Host).
If you are an attendee in the Salesfloor room when trying to join in the Call Blitz Room, the below alert will be displayed.
When you click Exit Salesfloor & Join, you will leave the Salesfloor room and join the Call Blitz room.
To view real-time information about available Salesfloor rooms and their hosts without leaving the Call Blitz Rooms, simply hover over the Salesfloor tab on the side panel. A tooltip will automatically appear, showing the number of live Salesfloor rooms and listing the hosts' names.
If you try to navigate from the Call Blitz section to the Salesfloor section in the Salesfloor panel after joining the Call Blitz room, the below alert message will be displayed. Click Confirm to proceed to the Salesfloor section.
Spotlight
These Spotlight feature is designed to improve the management and oversight of Call Blitz sessions, providing administrators and attendees with the ability to monitor live conversations effectively.
When a user(s) is in the dialing session or is ready to start a session with Join Audio connected, a Listen icon will appear on the tile of the respective user in the Call Blitz Room.
Other users can click the Listen icon to monitor the conversation between the user and the prospect if needed.
Upon clicking, a confirmation message will be displayed. Click Confirm to proceed.
After confirmation, the user will be automatically moved from the Call Blitz room to the Sales Floor tab, where the user can listen to the ongoing conversation in the Salesfloor tab.
The user can stop listening at any time by clicking the Listen icon on the tile.
Upon clicking, the below alert will be displayed notifying the user that they can return to the Call Blitz room by clicking the Call Blitz tab.
The user whose conversation is being listened to is referred to as the spotlighted user. The user who is listening to the conversation is referred to as a spotlighting user.
If the spotlighting user attempts to rejoin the Call Blitz Room without stopping the spotlight, an alert will be displayed, preventing from doing so until they exit the spotlight mode.
The spotlighted user and other users in the Call Blitz room will see a Spotlight icon on their tile. Hovering over this icon will display a message indicating who is currently spotlighted.
