Click Dialer is a click-to-call dialing software that works within the Koncert application, designed and developed for Sales Reps. Here, the Sales Rep. (or Talker) can instantly call individual prospects within the Koncert Dialers.
A Green Phone icon will appear left to the phone number across available columns for the prospect in both the Dialing Session tab and the Prospect Information window.
NOTE: This icon will appear only after connecting to the Koncert Bridge.
The users can click the Green Phone icon at any time to connect with prospects. Upon clicking, a Click Dialer - Call Disposition pop-up window will appear, allowing users to log their call disposition for the prospect.
Once the call is hung up, the Hang Up button will be replaced with the Save & Close button. Select the call disposition and click on the Save & Close button, which closes the Click Dialer - Call Disposition pop-up window.
Moreover, the Green Phone icon will also be accessible on the AIFD / AIPD/AAD Call Disposition pop-up windows for all phone numbers once the call is hung up.
If the users wish to call they can effortlessly click on the icon within the Call Disposition pop-up to initiate a call via Click Dialer, much like the (similar to the) standard dialing process.
Upon clicking, a Click Dialer - Call Disposition pop-up window will appear where users can then input call log details as usual.
In addition to this, when making Adhoc calls, Koncert places calls to the provided number through the Click Dialer.
You can also make instant call by clicking the One-Off Call icon, which will appear to the left of the Mic icon on the Dialing screen after connecting with the Phone Bridge.
Search and Call Existing Prospects
- Use the Source Dropdown (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, CSV) in the Settings Summary to select your source.
- Click the One-Off Call icon to open the One-Off Call (CRM/SEP/CSV) window.
- Enter the Contact Name in the search bar. A maximum of 10 matching contacts will appear based on phone columns selected in the Settings Summary.
Example:
If Salesforce is selected as source, Koncert searches the Salesforce database for matching prospects.
For standalone orgs (CSV lists), Koncert searches the available lists unless a Sales Engagement Platform (SEP) is integrated, in which case the search will occur within the integrated platform.//For standalone organizations (CSV lists), Koncert searches the available lists. However, if a Sales Engagement Platform (SEP) is integrated, the search will be conducted within the integrated platform instead.
- Choose a prospect from the search results. The Click Dialer will automatically initiate the call.
- Once the call connects, the Click Dialer - Call Disposition popup opens, you can log the disposition and enter the call comments, if needed.

- Select the call outcome.
- Add comments or notes related to the interaction.
Add a New Prospect, if not found:
- If the entered name doesn’t exist in your CRM/SEP, click the Add a Prospect button.
- Fill in the required fields:

- Account Name (Optional)
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
- Click Save & Call to:

- Automatically add the prospect to your CRM/SEP as well as in your current dialing list.
- Initiate the call immediately.

Analytics and Call Recording
All call outcomes, recordings, and metrics are available in the Call Recordings and Analytics tabs for review and tracking.
