Here is a walkthrough of information on how and where to authorize Salesloft in Koncert, how and where to map Disposition from Salesloft, types of orgs to which Salesloft can be integrated, how to import and dial the Salesloft list.

You can integrate Salesloft with either HubSpot or Salesforce CRMs.
NOTE: You can also integrate Salesloft with Non-CRM (Standalone) org of Koncert.
Sign Up with Koncert
Workspace lets users get started quickly with Koncert. It simplifies the process of creating your Org and User accounts in the Koncert platform. This reduces assistance from Support so your users can get started immediately.
- The user who signs up for the first time in Workspace will be considered an Admin and will be able to add other users by sending manual invites or by automatic signup process.
- For any questions or assistance, please contact Koncert Support at support@koncert.com.
In order to integrate Salesloft with your CRMs, you need to Sign Up with Koncert. For detailed instructions on Sign Up, please refer to the section CRM - Sign Up, choose your CRM and follow the steps.
NOTE: The Non-CRM (Standalone) users can sign up with Koncert by referring to the Non-CRM Sign Up section.
Integrating Koncert with Salesloft
After logging into the Koncert portal, the users need to authorize Salesloft in the Koncert » Settings » Third Party Integrations tab.

Salesloft Dispositions
The Koncert Call Dispositions will be automatically updated with the Salesloft Call Dispositions and Sentiment, for mutual synchronization of call activities.

Fetch Salesloft Fields to Koncert
The Koncert's Administration » Custom Fields tab is used to bring up the custom fields from Salesloft and enable them to be used in the Koncert portal.
By default, Koncert includes the mandatory fields of the Salesloft and automatically maps with the respective Koncert fields. If necessary, you can map the remaining fields.

Import Salesloft lists into Koncert for dialing
To dial a list (Sequences/Cadences or Pending Calls or Manual Calls) from the Salesloft in Koncert, you need to first import your list into Koncert, either into the Lists tab or into a Session tab. Koncert automatically creates a copy of the report in the Lists tab when you upload it directly into the Session tab. This feature is accessible only to customers whose Salesloft is integrated with Koncert.

NOTE: By default, you can import a maximum of 500 prospects. Please reach out to Koncert Support at support@koncert.com if you wish to increase the maximum limit.
Dial the imported Salesloft records
The Salesloft call list(s) that have been uploaded from the Lists tab or the Session tab will be displayed in the Session tab for dialing.
Field Updates
The call details (logged through the Call Disposition window) for the Salesloft prospects will be communicated back to Salesloft.
The activities performed (such as Calls made, Left Voicemail, Got Referral, Follow-up, etc.) in the Koncert portal will be updated in the Salesloft » Activity tab.
The following fields are synced back to Salesloft.
