The International Summary report provides you with the information on number of international calls dialed on each dialing session that you have attempted, call duration and cost per minute, during the selected date range.

1. Navigate to the Analytics » Advanced » Filters section, select the criteria to generate reports, and click the Apply button to retrieve the report. Refer to the article Analytics – Advanced for detailed instructions.

NOTE: The filter Dispositions and Lists are not applicable to this report.

A new filter Group is available, you can select the Group name under this option.

2. Based on the selected criteria, the report will be generated.

Below are the default columns and their descriptions from the report:

• Group Name - Shows the Group Name in which the country belongs to.

• # of Calls – Total number of international calls you have attempted in all the dialing sessions during the selected date range. This is broken down per country.

• Total Call Duration – Total time duration of each individual call that was connected (in hh:mm:ss format).

• Total Call Duration (In Units) – Total time duration of each individual call that was connected (in units).

• Total Call Cost – Total call cost for the International calls.

Under the Detailed Stats section, along with the above mentioned columns, the below columns will be listed.

• Destination – Location of the International call made.

• Phone Bridge Location – Location of the connected bridge.

• Phone Type – Dialed phone column used to connect with the prospect e.g. Direct Phone or Phone, etc.

• Rate/Min – Rate of the International Call per minute.

• Session Type – Displays type of the session.
