This article provides a comprehensive overview of the key features available under the Koncert Administration tab, helping Administrators effectively manage user permissions, company information, and other critical settings.
Third-Party Integrations
Here, you can authorize, connect, map the disposition and disconnect any Third-party application like Salesloft, Outreach. For additional insights, see the section Third-Party Integration.
Call Disposition
Here, you can have a default Call Disposition used by users, AI and AAD. You can add any new call disposition (user) edit or delete the call disposition.
NOTE: Call dispositions can only be added for the Talker. The added disposition will be available for AIPD , AAD and AIFD dialers. Look to the section Call Dispositions for a detailed breakdown.
Custom Fields
It allows you to import custom fields from CRM/SEP, enabling their use within the Koncert portal. The section Custom Fields provides complete information; please refer to it.
Company Setup
You can view and edit organization-level information. This information applies to all users and managers within the organization. Refer to the article Company Setup for comprehensive information.
Parking Lot
This helps restrict the AI or Talkers from dialing phone numbers that were previously dialed and logged with negative outcomes (e.g., Wrong Contact, No Longer with the Company). This is achieved by creating a set of rules with preset criteria (Call Outcomes) under Administration » Parking Lot Rules. Phone numbers that match these criteria will be parked and restricted from dialing. Detailed information is available in the Parking Lot section; please check it.
Teams
The Teams tab under the Administration section allows you to create teams by grouping Sales Reps, facilitating better organization and management of sales efforts. Check the section Teams for further details.
Battlecards
The Battlecards feature is designed to enhance team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and competitive intelligence. With Battlecards, your teams are empowered to access, manage, and distribute critical information efficiently, ensuring they have the right insights at the right time. Personas
The Personas feature is a powerful tool designed to enhance audience targeting and segmentation for sales and marketing efforts. This functionality allows Admins and Managers with Admin access to create, manage, and optimize personas with precision, ensuring the efforts are tailored and effective. Parking Lot
The Parking Lot feature has been introduced to restrict the AI or Talkers from dialing phone numbers that were previously dialed & logged with negative outcomes (e.g. Wrong Contact, No Longer with the Company, etc). This can be achieved by creating a set of rules with preset criteria (Call Outcomes). Phone numbers that match the criteria will be parked and restricted from dialing i.e. dialing will not be initiated for the numbers. Check the section Parking Lot for further details.
Salesfloor
This enables Admins to manage user permissions by allowing them to act as observers, create a Private Room, or restrict access to the Salesfloor feature. Permissions can be granted or revoked as necessary. You will find more details in the article Setting Up Observer, Private Room and View Salesfloor Permissions.
Privacy Deletion
The sub-tab in Koncert's Administration is used to permanently remove prospects along with their associated data and history from the Koncert application. However, this action does not affect records in CRM or the Sales Engagement Platform. See the article Delete Prospects for a comprehensive explanation.
Permissions
The Permissions tab allows Administrators to grant specific users or managers access to view the Administration tab and its related content. Administrators can revoke these permissions at any time if needed. Look at the article Permission for Administration Tab Access for further insights.
Import Queue
This sub-tab is used to view the bulk jobs/tasks submitted during list uploading or importing with their processing time and status. Refer to the article Import Queue for comprehensive information.
