The integration of Slack with Koncert streamlines communication and collaboration by bringing notifications and updates directly to Slack channels. This feature enhances team collaboration by enabling seamless communication and delivering real-time updates directly within your Slack workspace, ensuring you're always informed and connected without needing to switch platforms.
Only the Admin can authorize Slack for the organization. Once authorized, Slack will automatically be enabled for all Users and Managers across the organization.
This integration works with all CRMs, Standalone orgs as well as with Orgs integrated with a Sales Engagement Platform.
