The integration of Slack with Koncert streamlines communication and collaboration by bringing notifications and updates directly to Slack channels. This feature enables teams to stay informed in real time without switching platforms.
Key Features
Real-Time Notifications
Users can set up rules to receive Slack notifications for specific call dispositions, such as "Meeting Scheduled" or "Call Completed. These notifications help team members track key activities without logging into Koncert frequently.
Customizable Channels
Notifications can be directed to specific Slack channels. This ensures that updates are sent to the right audience, improving clarity and efficiency.
Personalized Messages
The integration allows users to define the content of notifications. Customizing messages ensures they align with your team's workflow and communication style.
Toggleable Rules
Users can enable or disable notification rules as required. This flexibility ensures that your team receives only relevant updates.
User-Friendly Setup
With an intuitive interface, users can quickly connect their Slack account to Koncert, set up channels, and configure notifications without technical assistance.
Enable the Integration for Slack
- For authorization, log into the Koncert portal (either standalone or CRM).
For Admins: Navigate to the Administration » Third Party Integrations tab and click the Authorize button.
For Users and Managers: Navigate to the Settings » Third Party Integrations tab and click on the Authorize button.
- Upon clicking the Authorize, Koncert prompts you to log into your Slack account. Login with your credentials.
Grant Koncert the necessary permissions to access Slack and link it to your workspace.
During the integration process, ensure that you select the correct workspace in your Slack account for the Koncert integration.
NOTE: If the correct workspace is not selected, Koncert will not appear in the Apps section of your workspace.
- After successful authorization, the below confirmation message will be displayed. Click Close.
- The Authorize button will be hidden from your view. Also, the Green Checkmark icon will be made visible indicating that Slack has been successfully integrated with Koncert.
After connecting, the admin can click the Notification button to create and customize notifications for the channels. Users and managers can click the button to view the notification setup, but they won't be able to edit it, as the section will be grayed out for them.

Under the Slack Notification section, click on the Add New button to create rule for notifications.
Upon clicking this icon, a new row will be added with the fields as shown below:

You can add multiple dispositions by selecting them one by one.

- Click on the Disconnect link.
