The Personas feature is a powerful tool designed to enhance audience targeting and segmentation for sales and marketing efforts. This functionality allows Admins and Managers with Admin access to create, manage, and optimize personas with precision, ensuring the efforts are tailored and effective.
Navigate to the Administration tab. Select the Personas tab to access all persona-related functionalities. Applicable only to Admins and Managers with Admin access.
Here, you can create and view all created personas in a clear, searchable table.
Creating a Persona:
- Click the Create a Persona button.
- In the Create a Persona window, enter the following details:
- Persona Name: Assign a clear, descriptive name to your persona for easy identification.
- Titles Included: Select the roles from the list of available Suggested Titles or enter the roles of you wish to include in your target audience, such as Vice President.
- Titles Excluded: Exclude irrelevant roles from the list of available Suggested Titles. such as Project Manager for more focused targeting.
- Click Create to save the Persona. All created personas are displayed in a clear, searchable table for easy management.
Link Personas to relevant Battlecards
Once created, you can link this personas to the Battlecards if necessary. When assigned, it equips Sales Reps (users) with precise, relevant information specific to their prospect's profile.
For example, a Battlecard associated with the Vice President persona will only be accessible to representatives working with prospects in that category.
This approach guarantees that the content remains focused, actionable, and contextually appropriate.
