The Battlecards feature is designed to enhance team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and competitive intelligence. With Battlecards, your teams are empowered to access, manage, and distribute critical information efficiently, ensuring they have the right insights at the right time.

Navigate to the Administration tab. Select the Battlecards tab to create, manage, and view all Battlecards.

Here, you can create, and view all existing Battlecards in a clean, searchable table, displaying key details such as name, associated persona, content, and sharing settings.

Creating a Battlecard:

1. Click the Create a Battlecard button to create a new Battlecard.

2. The Create a Battlecard window will appear. Enter all the necessary details:

• Title: Add a descriptive name to identify the Battlecard easily.

• Persona (Optional):  Assign one or more personas to target the Battlecard to specific roles. For example, a Battlecard associated with the "Vice President" persona will be accessible only to representatives handling prospects in that category.  An  icon guiding you to create and view your personas when you hover over it.

• Shared to: Choose whether to share the Battlecard with:   

• • All Users: Accessible to the entire organization.

• • Selected Teams: Specify one or multiple teams for focused sharing.

• Content: Use the rich text editor to create detailed content. You can format the content using the formatting options like bold, italics, bullet points, and can also add hyperlinks.

To select all options within a dropdown, click Select All, or click Clear to deselect all selections. The Clear option appears once you have made a selection.

3. Click Create to save the Battlecard. All Battlecards are displayed in a clean, searchable table, showing key details like: 

• • Name
  • Associated Persona(s)
  • Content
  • Sharing Settings

While importing a list through the Lists tab, the Battlecards can be added via the Add Records From window. The selected Battlecards will automatically appear in the Settings Summary » Battlecards section.

In the Settings Summary window, you can see section Battlecards which displays the list of available battlecards upon expanding. You can select the battlecards as you wish.

Battlecards in Call Disposition

The Battlecards are directly displayed in the Call Disposition window under a dedicated Battlecards tab, ensuring quick access during calls.
