The Quick Lists feature is designed to help sales teams connect with prospects at the most relevant moments, increasing pickup rates and boosting the chances of booking meetings.
Quick Lists provide greater flexibility, streamline dialing processes, and improve prospect management. These lists are accessible in the Lists tab and the Settings Summary panel.
Quick Lists will be indicated by a specific icon for easy identification.
The following quick lists are available by default:
-
Follow up List (Not due)
-
Follow up List (Past due)
- Prospects who didn't answer today
- Prospects who opened/clicked email recently. Applicable only for Salesloft and Outreach.
NOTE: You cannot transfer the quick list, if you attempt to transfer, an alert will appear .
Koncert <CRM/Standalone> Follow Ups (Not due)
This list includes records that are scheduled for a follow-up call at a future date. Users can review these records and, when necessary, select and upload them to the Session tab for dialing.
Koncert <CRM/Standalone> Follow Ups (Past due)
This list consists of records that were scheduled for a follow-up call on the current date or a past date. These records are logged and can be selected for upload to the Dialing Session tab to ensure timely follow-ups.
Follow-Up List Naming Convention
The names of the system-generated follow-up lists will be automatically updated based on the CRM integration in use. For example:
If Salesforce CRM is integrated, the lists will be named:
- Koncert Salesforce Follow-Ups (Not Due)
- Koncert Salesforce Follow-Ups (Past Due)
These naming conventions help users easily identify follow-up records based on their CRM integration and due status, ensuring a smooth workflow for managing call tasks.
Prospects Who Didn’t Answer Today
This list streamlines the dialing process by targeting prospects who were called but did not connect.
How It Works
Automatically includes all prospects called but not connected with on the current day.
Once selected the checkbox of the listname, click the Begin Import Button, the Timeframe Selection popup appears, allowing you to choose a timeframe:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last Week
- 2 Weeks
- Custom Date (up to one month duration)
Once selected the timeframe, click Upload to import the list to the Dialing Session tab. The Import Status screen will show the upload progress, including the number of records processed. Also, the list name updates dynamically based on the selected timeframe. For example, selecting Last Week renames the list to Prospects Didn’t Answer Last Week.
Now click Continue to proceed to the Dialing Session and begin your calls.
NOTE: Only the activity will be created for the Quick List when a dial is made.
People Who Opened or Clicked Emails Recently
This list is applicable only for Outreach and Salesloft.
How It Works
Includes all actively sequenced prospects in an Email touch/step who have opened or clicked emails at least twice.
Once selected the checkbox of the list name, click the Begin Import button.
The Import Status screen will show the upload progress, including the number of records processed.
Now, click Continue to proceed to the Dialing Session and begin your calls.
NOTE:
- Only the activity will be created for the Quick List.
- The Calls to prospects from this list will not advance or complete existing touches/steps.
- In Salesloft, prospects remain in the Quick List even if they are removed or exit from a sequence.
- Prospects can be manually removed by marking them as Snooze, if necessary.
Benefits:
⭐ Provides flexibility in reviewing missed connections over different periods, improving prospect tracking and follow-ups.
⭐ Keeps prospects in active sequences visible, simplifying follow-up efforts and ensuring better connection rates.
