You can view a prospect’s activity history only in the Dialing Session tab. Here's how you can access it:
- Prospect Name or Account Name – Open the Prospect Information window by clicking the prospect's or account's name.
- During Dialing – In the Call Disposition window.
- Check for the Activity History icon – If Show Activity History is enabled in Settings Summary, an Activity History icon will appear under the Contact Name or Account Name columns. Click the Activity History icon to display the top 5 activities for the selected prospect.
