The Adhoc Dial feature is designed to streamline the calling process by allowing users to immediately dial a phone number provided by the current dialing prospect during a dialing session, without disconnecting the current session.
After hanging up the previous call, log the proper disposition. Click the Make a call button in the Call Disposition popup to make another call.
The Make a Call window will appear.
Select the country code to be dialed. Only the countries enabled for your org will be listed.
Enter the phone number and click the Call button to initiate a call to the entered number using the Click Dialer.
The Click Dialer CD pop-up will be displayed, where you can have a conversation with the prospect allowing you to enter the proper disposition.
Also, you can view the corresponding metrics under the Analytics tab by selecting the product filter Click Dialer (CD).
This feature streamlines the calling process, allowing for immediate calls to the user’s preferred number and efficient session management.
