Copyright & Patent Notice - Changes
To reinforce Intellectual Property (IP) protection and ensure legal compliance, Koncert has introduced an enhanced Copyright Notice across all modules within the application.
Previous Implementation: The Copyright Notice was displayed at the bottom-left corner of the application for easy visibility.
What's New?
A new Patent Icon has been introduced for improved accessibility. This icon is located at the top-right corner of the application in the New UI and bottom-left corner in the Old UI.
Clicking on the icon displays a tooltip with relevant patent-related information.
Benefits:
❇️ Stronger IP Protection – Reinforces Koncert’s commitment to legal compliance.
❇️ Improved Visibility – Ensures users can easily access copyright and patent details.
❇️ Seamless Access – Quick reference to patent-related information at any time.
This update enhances transparency and legal security, ensuring all users know Koncert’s patent and copyright protections.
Launch of New UI for Newly Onboarded Users
With this update, Koncert now launches the new user interface (UI) by default when a user is onboarded—whether as an Admin, Manager, or User.
Details:
Upon first login, new users will experience the latest UI layout, designed to provide a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
If preferred, users can toggle back to the old UI by clicking the available toggle option within the platform.
This enhancement helps ensure a modern and streamlined onboarding experience, while still offering flexibility for users who may be more comfortable with the previous layout.
Dialing Session
Call Logging Notification in Make a Call Feature
The Make a Call button in the Call Disposition popup enables users to instantly dial a phone number provided by the current prospect during an active dialing session—without disconnecting the session.
To improve clarity and ensure accurate call tracking, a new informational note has been added beneath this window. This note explicitly informs users that the call will be logged under the current prospect’s name.
Flexible Call Handling – If dialing a different contact, users can select Save & Pause to place an one-off call or leverage the Add a Referral feature for better tracking.
This update enhances user awareness, minimizes logging errors, and ensures smooth call management.
Voicemail Selection Update
This update changes the voicemail selection process in the Choose a Voicemail for each Phone field popup, improving flexibility and simplifying voicemail assignment during dialing configuration.
Previously, the Voicemail selection was mandatory for at least one phone field before saving or closing the Choose a Voicemail for each Phone field popup. If no voicemail was selected, an alert message would appear, preventing the action.
Koncert now relaxes the requirement for mandatory voicemail selection. Users can now save the configuration even if no voicemail is selected.
If no voicemail is selected, the system automatically assigns the default voicemail to the first phone field selected under the Setting Summary panel.
Callback Consent Prompt – SMS Notifications
When users verify their Call Forward Number under the Dialing Session » Callbacks » Settings page, Koncert now displays an enhanced Callback Consent Approval popup.
The popup now provides clearer details on why consent is required and how SMS notifications work.
It explains that users will receive SMS alerts on the mobile number provided when a prospect attempts to call back.
Recommendations:
Use a mobile number (not VOIP) for reliable delivery of SMS and callback alerts.
Users must agree to give consent for Koncert to send calls and messages to the registered number.
The popup includes the phone number being used and the timestamp of consent.
This enhancement ensures transparency and helps users make informed decisions while enabling callback notifications via SMS.
Redesigned Activity History Icon
If Show Activity History is enabled under the Settings Summary, an Activity History icon will appear next to the Contact Name and Account Name columns in the Dialing Session tab.
Clicking the icon displays the top 5 historical activities associated with the respective prospect or account, providing quick insights without switching tabs.
The Activity History icon has been replaced for better visual clarity and consistency.

Source List Name Field for Improved List Traceability
To elevate visibility and provide deeper context into where prospects originate from, Koncert has introduced a new field: Source List Name.
You can enable and view the Source List Name under the Dialing Session tab by using the Customize View feature. Simply drag and drop it into your active column view for quick access.
When importing a Quick List, specifically: Prospects who didn’t answer <Timeframe>,
the Source List Name field will automatically populate with the name of the original list that each prospect was part of.
This gives users a clear, real-time reference to the origin of each contact within their dialing workflow.
Lists
User Filtering in My Team’s Lists
We have introduced a new Filters by User dropdown in My Team’s Lists, allowing users to easily filter and view lists based on specific team members. Applicable only for Managers.
New Filters by User Dropdown: Located at the top right, enables targeted filtering.
Filtering Options:
- All Users: Displays lists owned by all team members.
- [User Name]: Select a specific user (e.g., Michael Clarke, John Smith) to view only their lists. The list view updates instantly based on the selected user.
Benefits:
❇️ Faster List Navigation: Quickly locate and manage lists assigned to specific team members.
❇️ Improved Team Oversight: Helps managers and team leads monitor individual workloads.
❇️ Enhanced Productivity: Reduces time spent searching for user-specific lists.

Analytics
Conversations to Meetings Column in the List Performance Report
We’re introducing a new Conversations to Meetings column in the List Performance Report under the Advanced section in Analytics Modes. This enhancement provides deeper insights into conversion rates by tracking the ratio of total conversations to total meetings.
# Conversations to Meetings – Total no of Conversations/Total no of Meetings
Benefits:
❇️ Improved Performance Tracking – Easily measure how effectively conversations are converting into scheduled meetings.
❇️ Data-Driven Decisions – Gain valuable insights to optimize engagement strategies.
❇️ Enhanced Reporting – More comprehensive performance metrics for better analysis.
This update enhances visibility into meeting conversion rates, helping teams refine their outreach and engagement strategies.
Caller IDs
Enhanced User Management for Custom Caller IDs
We’re excited to introduce an improved User Assignment & Management feature for Custom Caller IDs, allowing Admins and Managers with Admin access to control which users can utilize specific Caller IDs within the organization. This update enhances security, flexibility, and operational efficiency in managing caller ID assignments.
What’s New?
Simplified User Assignment
Admins and Managers with admin access can now easily assign or remove users for specific Custom Caller IDs. The new interface provides an intuitive way to manage access permissions without navigating complex settings.
Click the Assign User icon next to a Caller ID to begin managing users.
A dropdown menu will appear, displaying all available users within the organization.
Each user is represented by their full name along with initials, making selection quick and easy.
Flexible User Permissions
With this update, assigning and removing users is effortless:
To Assign a User: Click on the user’s name in the dropdown list. A checkmark (✔) will appear, confirming their assignment to the Caller ID.
To Remove a User: Click the name again to remove the checkmark, instantly revoking their access.
Instant & Automatic Updates

No additional confirmation steps are needed, ensuring a seamless and efficient management experience.
Benefits:
❇️ Improved Control: Admins can determine who has access to specific Caller IDs, ensuring better oversight.
❇️ Streamlined Workflow: Quickly manage permissions without navigating through multiple settings.
❇️ Enhanced Security: Prevent unauthorized use of Caller IDs by restricting access to designated users.
❇️ Real-Time Updates: No delays—changes take effect immediately for smoother operations.
Administration
Auto Create Follow-Ups Configuration
We’ve introduced a new Auto Create Follow Ups setting, providing greater flexibility in managing follow-up actions within the Call Disposition popup.
Default Setting: Auto Create Follow-Ups now defaults to No.
Conditional Field Availability:
If set to Yes, two additional configuration options become available:
- Follow Up Subject
- Follow Up Due
Automated Field Population:
When enabled, the Subject and Follow-Up Date fields in the Call Disposition popup will be automatically populated. These values will be derived from the Follow Up Subject (Default Value) and Follow Up Due (Default Value) fields.
If Auto Create Follow-Ups is disabled, follow-up details will not be auto-populated. The users must manually enter the Follow-Up Subject and Follow-Up Due details during their session.
An Info icon showing a tooltip with its description is available in this section, when hovered over.
Benefits:
❇️ More Control: Admins can choose whether follow-ups are created automatically.
❇️ Time-Saving Automation: Eliminates manual entry by auto-filling relevant details.
❇️ Consistency in Follow-Ups: Ensures standardization in subject lines and due dates for better tracking.
This update streamlines follow-up management, reducing manual work while enhancing workflow efficiency.
Increased Phone Field Retrieval Limit for New Sites
Previously, when a new org was created, Koncert allowed retrieval of only Five (5) phone fields from the CRMs (Salesforce and HubSpot).
What's New?
Now, the default retrieval limit has been increased to Ten (10) phone fields, providing greater flexibility and ensuring more Phone Fields are available for dialing.
This enhancement optimizes data accessibility and streamlines outreach efforts, ensuring sales teams have the right Phone Fields at their fingertips.
Removal of Default Disposition Mapping
For HubSpot organizations, Koncert has updated the Call Disposition Mapping process by removing the Default Disposition Mapping button.
Previous Functionality: Users could automatically map default HubSpot Dispositions to Koncert Dispositions with a single click by using the Default Disposition Mapping button.
What’s Changed?
The Automatically Map Dispositions button has been removed. Users must now manually map each Koncert disposition to the corresponding HubSpot disposition.
Benefits:
❇️ Greater Customization – Allows users to map dispositions based on specific business needs.
❇️ Improved Accuracy – Ensures precise alignment between Koncert and HubSpot dispositions.
❇️ Full Control – Users can make individual mapping decisions without automatic assignments.
This update streamlines the mapping process by ensuring users have full control over how dispositions are aligned between Koncert and HubSpot.
Import Queue Update
Previously, the Import Queue tab in Koncert was enabled only upon request. It was particularly useful for handling large lists - typically those containing more than 1000 records.
The Import Queue (also referred to as the Job Queue) is now available by default for all organizations, including:
- CRM orgs with or without Sales Engagement Platform integrated
- Standalone orgs with the Sales Engagement Platform integrated
This enhancement ensures that all users have immediate access to the Import Queue, improving visibility, transparency, and efficiency when managing bulk import jobs.

Call Recording Confirmation Alert for Reactivated Users
We have introduced a confirmation alert when reactivating a user to ensure clarity in call recording settings.
When enabling a previously inactive user, if their call recording is turned off, an alert will now appear.
Click Confirm to leave call recording disabled.
Click No to go back and enable call recording before proceeding.
Benefits:
❇️ Prevents Unintentional Call Recording Disabling – Ensures admins are aware of the user’s call recording status before reactivation.
❇️ Enhanced Control – Provides an option to enable call recording immediately if needed.
❇️ Improved User Management – Reduces confusion and enhances compliance with call recording policies.
This update improves visibility and control over call recording settings when reactivating users.
Enhanced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Configuration
We have introduced a significant update to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings for newly onboarded admins, offering greater flexibility in security management. This change ensures that organizations can tailor their security preferences based on their operational needs.
MFA is now disabled by default for all newly onboarded admins.
Previously, MFA was automatically enabled upon admin onboarding. With this update, admins must manually enable MFA if required.
MFA Configuration Options:
Admins can manage MFA settings under the Account Management tab.
Organizations can define their own MFA rules and customize security preferences to align with internal policies.
Why This Change?
This update is designed to provide more control over authentication settings, ensuring that MFA adoption aligns with organizational security policies rather than being enforced by default.
Impact on Admins & Organizations:
❇️ More Flexibility: Admins can enable MFA when necessary, rather than it being pre-configured upon onboarding.
