The Advanced section includes:

• Allow Koncert to Review Calls: Enable/disable access to call recordings for QA or support.
• Enable AI Summary Generator: Controls whether AI-generated call summaries are available.
• Enable List-Level Battlecards: Controls visibility of Battlecards in import screens.
• Enable Achievements: Toggles visibility of Achievements across the org.
• Call Ratings Management: Add, delete, and reorder custom call ratings that are shown in the Call Recording tab.
