This feature helps improve call connect rates by focusing on recent contact patterns.
Admins can select timeframes like All Time, Last 30/45/90 Days in the Company Setup tab.
Based on the selection, only contacts connected during that period will appear when using the "Likely to Answer" filter on the Session tab.
