To streamline post-call follow-ups, Koncert can auto-generate tasks.
If enabled by the Admin, the Follow Up Subject (default: Call Back) and Follow Up Due (default: 2 weeks) fields are auto-filled in the Call Disposition window. This ensures reps don’t forget to follow up.
