Dialing Session
Display of all Click Dialer calls
Previously, only Click Dialer calls that resulted in a Conversation were shown in the Recently Dialed tab.
Now:
All calls made via Click Dialers—regardless of outcome—will appear in the Recently Dialed tab, just like how it works for AIFD.
This enhancement ensures better visibility and tracking of all dialed attempts, making it easier to review activity and follow up, even if the call didn’t result in a conversation.
New Alert for Enabling Browser Permissions
To use the Join Audio » Join Using Computer Audio feature in the Koncert portal, your browser must have Microphone and Camera permissions enabled.
These permissions are essential for participating in real-time audio (and optionally, video) sessions via your computer.
New Alert Introduced
If you try to start a session without granting the necessary permissions, a newly introduced alert message will appear:
The alert includes a direct link:
Click here to learn more – guiding users through enabling permissions step-by-step in their browser.
We strongly recommend enabling:
- Microphone access (mandatory for audio)
- Camera access (if video is required)
Make sure these settings are granted before starting a session to avoid delays and connection issues.
AI Skip Busy/Failed Calls Setting Update
In the Settings Summary window, the AIFD/AIPD Settings » AI skip busy/failed calls option is now standardized across both AI Dialers.
Previously:
This setting was enabled and locked (grayed out) only for AIPD. In AIFD, users could choose to enable or disable it based on their preferences.
Now:
The "AI Skip busy/failed calls" option is enabled and non-editable by default for both AIPD and AIFD.
For AIFD, if a user wishes to modify the "AI skip busy/failed calls" setting, they can do so by contacting Koncert Support at support@koncert.com.
Once the setting has been enabled, the users will be able to customize it directly within the Settings Summary panel, according to their preferences or dialing strategy.
This ensures AI will automatically bypass calls to busy or unreachable numbers—delivering smoother, more efficient dialing experiences.
Source List Name Auto-Added for Quick Lists
When uploading a call list into the Dialing Session tab, Koncert displays the first 7 standard (implicit) columns by default. Users can further tailor their view using Customize View » Manage Columns.
Starting with this version:
When you import a Quick List - “Prospects who didn’t answer <Timeframe>”,
The Source List Name will now automatically populate as the 7th column in your default view—no manual configuration required.
This enhancement ensures quick identification of a prospect's original list, improving tracking and follow-up accuracy.
New Alert – Inbound Callback Notification
When attempting to dial a call from the Callbacks tab i.e., dialing an inbound call, the following alert message will now appear:
"You are attempting to return an inbound call. This callback will be made using the same Caller ID that was originally used to reach this prospect."
User Actions:
Click "OK" – The call will be initiated via Click Dialer. A Click Dialer Call Disposition popup will appear once the call is connected.
Click the Close (✖) icon – The call will not be initiated.
This enhancement ensures users are informed when returning inbound calls and confirms the use of the original Caller ID.
Voicemail Customization Logic Improved for Phone Fields
Previously, when users customized voicemails for each phone field, changing one phone field would reset all voicemail selections across every field.
Now, only the voicemail associated with the specific phone field being changed will reset. Voicemail settings for all other phone fields will remain intact.
The Info icon next to the Phone Fields displays the below tooltip when hovered over.
This enhancement ensures a smoother experience when updating individual phone fields without unintentionally losing your other voicemail configurations.
Stop Option for Voicemail (VM) Playback
Koncert has added a Stop option to voicemail playback, allowing users to stop (or pause) the voicemail audio at any time while listening to voicemails assigned to different phone fields.
Where It’s Available:
- Voicemail selection pop-up – Appears when choosing specific voicemails for each phone field.
- Voicemail section in the Settings Summary panel – Available when a voicemail is assigned to a phone field.
Stop Functionality:
- The Stop button allows users to instantly halt voicemail playback at any point during preview.
Benefits:
- Improved Control – Easily stop playback as needed during setup.
- Enhanced User Experience – Enables a cleaner, more efficient voicemail configuration process.
Activity Section Update (Salesloft & Outreach)
The Activity section in the Call Disposition popup shows the top 5 recent activities for the prospect, pulled directly from your CRM or Sales Engagement Platform. This section is visible only when dialing records from CRM/SEP.
What’s New?
For Salesloft and Outreach users, a new toggle option has been added to switch between two views:
- My Activities – Displays activities performed by the logged-in user only.
- All Activities – Displays activities performed by all users, including the logged-in user and teammates.
Why This Matters
When multiple reps engage with the same prospect, this feature provides real-time visibility into past actions—right within the call flow.
Benefits
❇️ Quick context switching between your own actions and your team’s.
❇️ Better preparation before or during the call.
❇️ Improved collaboration when managing shared prospects.
Settings Summary Lock During Dialing Session
To ensure consistency and avoid mid-session disruptions, Koncert has introduced a restriction on editing settings once a Dialing Session has started.
Previously:
Users were able to modify certain configurations—such as Voicemail settings—even after the Dialing Session had started.
Now:
Once a Dialing Session begins, the entire Settings Summary window becomes non-editable. All fields, including Voicemail settings, are locked for the duration of the session.
This change ensures that:
❇️ Session settings remain consistent throughout the dialing process
❇️ Accidental mid-session changes are avoided
❇️ Users experience a more stable and predictable dialing flow
Analytics
Default Exclusion of Certain Call Outcomes
By default, calls with the following outcomes are excluded from dial counts and analytics reports:
- Failed
- Busy
- Talker Busy – Unanswered Call Canceled
Now, in the Analytics » All Dials and Advanced » All Calls reports:
When using the Select All option in the Dispositions filter, these three outcomes will not be included automatically.
This prevents inaccurate reporting by excluding non-productive call attempts from default analytics views.
Want to Include Them?
If needed, users can manually select these dispositions from the dropdown to include them in the report results.
This enhancement helps ensure cleaner, more meaningful reporting by focusing on productive call outcomes by default.
Caller IDs
Simplified Country Dropdown Based on User Location
To streamline setup and avoid confusion, Koncert now shows only the relevant country in the Country dropdown based on the user’s geo-location.
Before:
Users in both the US and UK could view a full list of countries when selecting a country, even if most of them were not applicable.
Now:
US users will see only "United States" as the available option.
UK users will see only "United Kingdom" as the available option.
Where You’ll see This
- Settings Summary » Add Custom Caller IDs
- Caller IDs tab » Add Custom Caller IDs
- Workspace » My Profile » Country dropdown
This update keeps things cleaner and ensures users select only valid options for their region.
Health Check Tab – Temporary Provider Removal on Rule Updates
When any telecom provider updates its spam detection or call labeling rules, Koncert will temporarily remove that provider from the Health Check tab to prevent showing incomplete or potentially inaccurate information.
Example Notification (for AT&T):
Because AT&T recently updated its spam-detection rules, this screen might display incomplete or inaccurate information for AT&T. To avoid confusion, we have temporarily stopped displaying the information for AT&T. However, as part of our Advanced Caller ID subscription, Koncert’s managed services team is proactively remediating to minimize spam flags in our dialing system.
This is a temporary issue, and we are working toward updating this screen to adapt to AT&T’s changes in a couple of weeks.
This ensures transparency and avoids confusion during times when provider rule changes might affect the accuracy of spam labeling data.
Koncert continues to actively monitor and update provider rules as part of its Advanced Caller ID service.
Workspace
Geo Location Update
In Workspace » My Profile, the Asia Pacific option has been removed from the Geo Location dropdown.
Now Available Regions:
- United States
- Europe
This update simplifies regional settings and ensures alignment with current platform support.
Users can now choose only between United States and Europe when configuring their profile.
