Before recording a voicemail, you will need to make sure you have logged into the Koncert Phone Bridge.
- Voicemails can be recorded from either of the following tabs:
- My Session » Voicemail
- Settings » General » Voicemails
The following steps can be done in either section.
- Click on the Record icon .
- After the New Voicemail window pops up, type in the Voicemail Name of your choosing and click Record.
NOTE: You cannot add spaces, but you can add characters. Also, you cannot exceed 20 characters and when trying to enter more than that you will be prompted with the below message:
- Once you have completed the recording, click on the Stop button to end the recording
- Click on the Play button to listen to your recording.
- Click Save to save the voicemail.
You can find the newly recorded voicemails in the Voicemail drop down in both the Settings and My Session pages.
NOTE: The Play icon will be visible and available only when a voicemail is selected.
