You can delete or cancel a dialing session up to an hour prior to the scheduled session.
NOTE: If no commencement of the dialing session for the booked slot within 15 minutes from the scheduled time, the slot will be cancelled and removed from the Scheduler tab automatically. Also, the cancellation notification will be sent to your registered Email ID.
Below you can find how to cancel a dialing session:
- In the Scheduler tab » Calendar view, double-click on the session that needs to be canceled/deleted.
- Click Delete on the pop-up window to cancel/delete the scheduled dialing session.
- A confirmation pop up will appear, click OK to cancel/delete the scheduled session permanently.
