You can reschedule a session by following the steps below:
- In the Scheduler tab » Calendar view, double-click on the session that needs to be rescheduled.
- A pop-up window with the schedule details will appear. Modify the date & time as needed in the ‘Time period’ field and click Save to reschedule.
NOTE: The maximum allowed duration for a slot has been limited to 8 hours. When trying to schedule or extend the duration beyond that, an alert message below will be displayed. Click OK and change the duration.
- The session will be rescheduled to the newly saved time.
