After you hang up the call, you can schedule a follow-up. This will create an open activity for your contact or lead in Salesforce.
Below you can find how to schedule a follow up:
- After a call, click Schedule a Followup.
- Type a brief description that will be pushed into the activity.
- Either type the date or select a date using the calendar tool.
- Click Save to schedule a follow-up. This will create an open activity for this contact/lead.
