Once the administrator has performed the Inbound Leads setup (Criteria & Workflow actions), the ‘Inbound Leads’ dropdown will be available to access from all the tabs of the ConnectLeader portal, including the TruCadence tab.
However, you have to navigate to the My Session tab in order to execute all the actions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Records imported from Salesforce will stay under the Inbound Leads dropdown only for the determined amount of time. If there is no response from a rep, the system will execute the Fail-Safe Action, as configured in the Settings tab.
In the Inbound Leads section, you can perform either one of the following actions:
Accept & Call – Click to dial the imported record instantly.
Accept & Add to List – Click to add the imported record into the My Session dialing list and dial later.
Decline – Click to decline the imported record.
Open CRM Window – Click to bring up the CRM window to view the record information directly from Salesforce.
