Sending individual emails is also known as the Send One-Off Email option. This feature allows you to send emails to the desired prospects with a single click.

You can access the Send One-Off Email (Email icon ) feature from the following tabs. 

• Cadence » Prospects tab (floating toolbar, when hovering over a prospect)

• Cadence » Cadences tab » View Cadence » Prospects tab (floating toolbar, when hovering over a prospect)

• Cadence » Cadences tab » View Cadence » Emails tab (floating toolbar, when hovering over a prospect)

• Cadence » Cadences tab » View Cadence » Calls tab (floating toolbar, when hovering over a prospect)

• Cadence » Accounts tab » Tasks » Pending Emails status » Personalize Email button

• Cadence » Accounts tab » Prospects tab » Total status
• Prospect View » Info / Actions sections

Below you can find how to send emails to a prospect.

1. Mouse hover on a prospect that you would like to send an email to and click on the Email icon on the floating toolbar.

2. After the Send Email window pops up, enter the Email Subject and Email Body or insert a pre-saved email template.

3. Click on the Send button to send the email.
