Based on the CRM Sync Settings & Sync Field Mappings in the Settings tab, Cadence will check for updates/modification of the records (prospects) in both Cadence and Salesforce. If any changes/modifications occur, then a sync log will appear under the Sync Log tab.
NOTE: This tab will be available only for Managers.
You can filter and view the Sync Log.
If any Sync Failure occurs, you can view the reason for the failure by hovering your mouse on the Failure icon under the Status column of the respective prospect and the reason for sync failure will be displayed.
