After importing your list(s), you can either assign all the prospects to a Cadence or you can select specific prospects and assign them to a Cadence.
Assign all Prospects to a Cadence:
Below you can find how to assign all prospects to a Cadence:
- In the Prospects tab, search for the prospects using one of the following fields – Tag, Cadence, Contact Name, or Account Name.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option Assign.
- The Assign Prospect to Cadence window pops up, select the Cadence from the dropdown and click Start Cadence. Prospects that match the filter across the page will be
- Once you have clicked Start Cadence, your prospects will be assigned to the cadence selected. An alert message will be displayed after successful assignment.
NOTE: If you would like to assign few prospects of a specific group, search the prospects and select the checkbox in the grid header. A confirmation message below will be displayed with prospects count only when the prospects count that meets the criteria/filter applied is greater than the current View Page count (5 or 10 or 25 or 50 or 100).
○ Click the prospects count in blue to assign only the prospects in the current view page to a Cadence.
or
○ Click the prospects count in green to assign the entire prospects (that meets the criteria/filter applied) in the Prospects tab to a Cadence.
Assign Selected Prospects to a Cadence
Below you can find how to assign selected prospects to a Cadence:
- In the Prospects tab, select the prospects you wish to assign by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospects.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option Assign.
NOTE: You can assign prospects individually by clicking the Assign to Cadence icon on the floating toolbar when hovering over a prospect, as shown below:
- After the Assign Prospect to Cadence window pops up, select a Cadence from the dropdown and click Start Cadence.
- Once you have clicked Start Cadence, your prospects will be assigned to the cadence selected. An alert message will be displayed after successful assignment.
