The Email Execution Schedule is used to schedule and send the emails automatically to your prospects (assigned to a Cadence with Email Touch) based on the time zone selected. Emails will only be sent during the selected time zone. 

The schedule can also be shared with your team members (for managers) or with all users in an organization. This will allow them to make use of this Schedule when sending emails to their prospects.  Schedules can only be viewed by users who have been given shared access.
