The Initial Transfer Greeting (ITG) section allows you to record a short greeting that can be played during the call transfer (from Dialing Agents).

The Sales Rep can also hear the greeting play once the call has been transferred.

Pre-requisites: Make sure you have a recorded ITG before starting a dialing session. Refer to the article How do I record an Initial Transfer Greeting (ITG)? for recording ITG.

In the Agent Assisted Dialer » Dialing Tools section, select a required ITG from the Greeting dropdown and click on the ITG ON/OFF button to turn ON  or OFF   the Initial Transfer Greeting.

 – When turned ON, a short greeting will be played during the Call transfer.

 – When turned OFF, no greeting will be played during the Call transfer.

NOTE:  You can configure the default ITG under the Settings » General tab » Initial Transfer Greeting section, which will be displayed by default in the My Session » Greeting dropdown.
