The Referral information gathered and recorded in the Call Disposition window » Referral tab can be saved and dialed by either of the following options:
- Save and Add to Dialing Session – Option to save the referral information and bring the referral prospect into the dialing session later during the current dialing session.
- Save and Call Immediately – Option to save the referral information and dial them right away.
- Save & Follow Up Later – Option to save the referral information and create an activity to dial the prospect later when needed.
NOTE: Upon selecting this option, the Create a Follow Up checkbox below will be enabled and allows users to choose the follow-up date to dial.
The Referral information can be stored as Record Type - ‘Contact’ or ‘Lead’, which are configurable and are available for selection on a request basis. By default, both the record types will be listed in the Record Type dropdown. Please contact Koncert Support to enable/disable any record type from the list.
