In the View Cadence window, you can reorder the saved touches by following the steps below:

NOTE: The Touches in a Cadence can be reordered ONLY for the Cadences in a ‘New’ status under the Unused tab. You cannot change the touch order for the Active Cadences.

1. In the Cadences » Unused tab, click on the desired Cadence.

2. The View Cadence window will be displayed.

3. Click on the specific touch and Drag & Drop it to place it in the appropriate order.

4. The changes made will be saved.

NOTE: A Reply email touch will follow the original email sent (New email touch). If you try to move the Reply email before the New email, a notification message will be displayed as shown below:

When clicking OK, the Reply email will be converted to ‘New' email, as shown below:
