The ZigZag Dialing® feature is used to have more than one phone column dialed during your session.
If you have multiple phone columns, Koncert will place the call to all phone fields for your prospects one after another, after you have clicked the Dial Next Number button in the Dialing Tools or Call Disposition window.
While uploading a list in the My Lists tab, all the available phone columns of the Org will be displayed in the ‘Phone columns to dial’ field of the Import New List, Add Records From CSV, List Dialing Settings, and Import New List – Cadence windows, by default.
The order of ZigZag dialing depends on the order it shown.
NOTE: Upon disabling the feature ‘Phone columns to dial’ on request, a new section ‘Phone Columns to Dial & Order of Dialing’ will be displayed in the Settings » General tab. Here, all the available phone columns of the Org will be displayed and selected by default.
You can rearrange the phone columns as needed, by clicking the Edit icon . The order of ZigZag dialing depends on the order it selected.
Also, all the phone fields in the Settings » General tab » Customize Columns section (Selected Columns pane) are mandatory. Hence, when attempting to remove any of the phone columns, an alert message below will be displayed.
After uploading the list to My Session for dialing, you can see a green checkmark next to all the phone columns.
