NOTE: Only managers that are marked as an Admin can create, edit and delete a Team.
Below you can find instructions on how to delete a team:
- Under the Administration » Teams tab, click on the Delete icon (under the Action column) to the right of the Team that you wish to delete.
- A confirmation message will be displayed, as shown below. Once deleted, the team will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Click Delete to delete the team or click the Close icon to cancel this process.
NOTE: When a Lead Pool list is assigned to the team, you will be prompted with the following message, upon clicking the Delete button.
Choose the option to ‘Show List(s) to transfer to another team’, if you would like to transfer the list to another team and delete the team or else click the ‘Continue without deleting this team’ option to cancel the deletion process.
The ‘Transfer List(s)’ window will be displayed, upon clicking the Show List(s) to transfer to another team button. Select a team from the dropdown in which the Lead Pool List(s) should be transferred and click Transfer.
After a successful transfer, the confirmation message shown below will be displayed. Click OK.
Now, follow the above Steps 1 to 3 to delete the required team.
