Yes, you can add up to 50 Call Dispositions.
NOTE: Only managers with admin rights can add Call Dispositions.
To add the Call Dispositions:
- Click on the Administration tab in the menu bar and navigate to the Call Dispositions tab. If you do not see this tab, please contact Koncert Support at email@example.com or 603-952-2505.
- Call Disposition sections for Talker and Dialing Agents will be displayed. You can expand the sections by clicking the icon at the right.
- Now, click on the + Call Disposition button above the sections.
- After the Add Call Disposition window pops up, select the products (that you obtained license) to which you would like to add the disposition and fill in the disposition details.
- Click Save to add a new disposition, which will be listed in the Call Disposition window > Call Result dropdown for selection.
