Before enabling the CRM window pop-up settings, please make sure you turned ON the pop-up settings in the browser, at least for your Koncert website.
To get your CRM window to pop-up upon connect:
- In the Koncert portal, click on the Settings tab in the menu bar and navigate to the General tab.
- You will see the Advanced Settings section on the left side of the page.
- Select the option ‘Open CRM Window (upon call transfer)’ under the Advanced Settings section.
- Click Save All Settings to save the changes.
NOTE: If you want your CRM window to open in your second monitor, click the CRM icon under the Action column in the My Session tab and move the window to your second monitor. Keep it open as you are making calls. Upon a connect, that window will refresh with the prospect's information you are connected with.
